WASHINGTON Amid the outpouring of inaugural joy over the racial progress represented by President Barack Obama, there was a single, humorous mention of work still to be done.
After the first black president had been sworn in, Rev. Joseph Lowery' ended his benediction with a rhyme familiar to black churchgoers:
"We ask you to help us work for that day when black will not be asked to get in back, when brown can stick around..."
There was laughter from the enormous crowd. The 87-year-old civil rights pioneer continued:
"When yellow will be mellow, when the red man can get ahead, man; and when white will embrace what is right. That all those who do justice and love mercy say Amen."
The crowd thundered, "Amen!"

I think he would probably be a better “Elevator Operator,” because it would reguire him to merely push a button.
The reality, the klown lowery is from the SCLC and old commie front organization of which mlk was a member.
The rev lowery has been a rabid racist all his life and will continue in his after-life. Lowery is another reason most caucasions are wary of like minded idiots like lowery.
As King Leonidas informed the persian courier, “This Is Sparta!” We of like mind must inform the black racists “This Is America!”

I was talking about the Rec. staying Classy....which he ISN”T!! Haven’t you ever heard that saying???
To be expected when electing a black thug from Chicago/Kenya.
And I was totally offended by that!!! We can't have a "white" anything - that would be racist but they have a "Negro" National Anthem, Black Entertainment TV, Black Miss America and on and on......sickening! It's the blacks in this country that are the true racists!
Amen to that. They want to demonize productive people. They want to: "spread the wealth around". They want to force white people to "embrace what is right". Fine, give it a try. Today they sent out a message that caused the Dow to drop below 8000. Is this Change We Can Believe In?
I figured this was as good a time as any to stop contributing to my 401K. I was planning to buy a new car next week. Now I think not. I've worked hard all my life and today I was insulted by a race baiting poverty pimp. Maybe it's time to scale back a bit.
lmao
