I feel bad doing it since that is what is contributing to the decline, but I know those large funds are always going to do what is best for them without emotion, so there is no point fighting it right now. They are the ones who will benefit from any gains first.
I am not sure about the next few years in the stock market. Companies are going to be posting losses, and reducing their manpower. Not many people are going to view stocks as a very good investment, when companies are not profitable. I hope it regains sooner, but two years might be optimistic to break 10k again.

We knew it would be. Take strength from the fact that the left will be trashing Obama within months, as he does or doesn’t do things they disagree with. Code Pink isn’t going to remain a loyalist to him for long. It will get ugly as the left melts down in frustration.
That’s not to say we’re going to agree with Obama. We won’t. But when it finally dawns on Obama and the left who have been supporting them, are they ever in for a rude awakening. They won’t possibly be able to go as far left as these groups want them to.

Exactly, this is Pelosi’s and Reid's Dow, they have been running the show since 2007. Contrary to popular belief the President is not as powerful as some people would like to believe.

I remember the media saying (when he got the nomination)that the market would go up because there would be a change of parties. Looks like the party is a bust!!
My view of a recovery is hitting XK by 20X year..
IE: 10K by 2010. probably not
11K by 2011 hmm
12K by 2012 hopefully.
If not, then 0 is 4 yrs and out. So I’m not sure which way I’d want it to go.
