I don’t know where he’s been hanging around (time warp, maybe?), but for the last three years, my boss, my program manager was a man who happened to be black. I have a new boss as of 12 days ago because the man who happened to be black was promoted to company VP.

They got their President - race is no longer an issue. I didn’t vote for him, but he is the President. Just like I didn’t vote for Carter or Clinton, but they were the President. If the idea was to end racism in America it has failed. A year ago I could care less, but today I have a newfound hatred for blacks. I pledge to do all I can to see to it that Obama fails in every way and to do all I can to avoid associating, buying anything, or otherwise doing anything that would in any way be beneficial to a black person. Sorry if this offends anyone, it is just the way I feel. I am sure many blacks evenly match my hatred. I grew up under harsher circumstances that most blacks and I am tired of hearing of how bad they have it.

I resent “Rev.” Lowery’s prayer/speech immensely. His benediction went a long way toward dividing people in this country. He, like “Rev.” Wright, just can’t get over it and get on with it.
I am sick and tired of these people being continual victims. My grandmother, who came here from Germany, did not feel that she was a victim. She ironed clothes and cleaned houses for other white people her entire life to help her husband support their five children. She never complained once or felt victimized because others had more than she did. In addition to that, she volunteered at a Lutheran orphanage and made quilts for the elderly. She passed away in her early 50s feeling that America had given her a very good life.
