Well, since I have far more reason to question the left's patriotism than they have to question mine, I'll just toss this article in the proverbial dustbin and keep watching for Obama's inevitable crushing failure which I wholeheartedly wish upon him.

Yes.... but wanting him to fail because his political agenda and its ideological basis is the tool of tyrants and recipe for human misery, is patriotic.
And wanting him to fail because his alleged Christian faith is in fact the adversary's seductive appeal to victim politics and the politics of limitless inclusive tolerance, is simply good Christian diligence against false prophets.

What I DON'T believe is that Obama is a patriot. I DON'T believe he has the best interests of this country at heart. I believe he believes in socialism. I believe he's a racist, having voluntarily been a member of a racist church for twenty years.
He has no experience outside of being a state senator, yet his minions mocked a vice-presidential candidate who was far more qualified than he to run the country. He was elected on the backs of a slobberingly fanatic media - people just like you. His many faults were purposefully ignored by people just like you. The public was fed non-stop stories that sought to portray Obama as a savior, a messiah, the next closest thing to a god, The One, by people just like you.
There are patriots out there, Dallas Morning News Editorial Board, but I'll guarantee you Barack Obama is not and will never be one of them.
I would be thrilled and so wrong if he succeeds in improving the country. But he is a Marxist they don’t know how to improve the country.
i hope that obama succeeds in initiating policies that keep liberal/socialist democrats from the levers of power for ten generations.

I can’t afford all the taxes and new regulations this guy would impose if he succeeded.
He’s already cost me way too much money.
And who knows if his foreign policy will create another 9/11.

I’d like to see him *succeed* as well, but somehow I don’t think that their definition of succeed and mine are the same things.
I’d consider it successful if abortion were made illegal again, the illegals were all shipped back home, taxes were cut, welfare and the public education system were reduced to shadows of themselves, our Second Amendments rights fully restored, and we would become energy independent.
Just for starters.
