I live in Panama.
Panama maintains diplomatic relations with Cuba.

A steadying voice here for those who are concerned for the Republic. I had feared that Rush might play a "reaching across the aisle" time scenario. At least one other noted talk show host did this, when he cut off a caller, about two months ago. No, it is vintage Rush. A bit of Shakespeare is in order.
