President-elect Barack Obama is considering issuing an executive order to reverse a controversial Bush administration abortion policy in his first week in office, three Democratic sources said Monday.
Obama's second full day as president falls on the 36th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion in the United States.

I heard Hannity say we should work with him and that he hopes obama succeeds.

The left is now saying we should come together for the good of the country and how we should all be one voice and yet they spent 8 years of going against Bush .

Many Christians under 30 feel that the battles over gay marriage and abortion may divided America. Young Christians feel that they must reach out to pro-choice activists by working together with to reduce abortions via big govt sepnding. This was the excuse Christians give when justifying their vote for Obama.
and there are many Catholics in the north east who vote Dem and then they call themselves Catholic.
My mother in law is one of them and yes we argue all the time
I’m a Christian, and I know a lot of Christians who are black...and they couldn’t care less about Obama’s views on abortion...all that matters is that he is black. I am still boggled...really. Their values and morals took a back seat to black pride.
Notice that the refusal to spend taxpayer money on abortion is considered "controversial".
Since he said he would do this, the America who voted for him are also baby killers - and no murderer has eternal life.
The Catholic Church gave ACORN $6 million to help elect an abortionist and 50+% if CINO catholics voted for Obama. A lot of good bishops and priests who are against abortion look like fools thanks to some liberal bishops.

That’s right. I don’t remember the left coming together for any Republican president.
Obama needs to succeed in that which is good for America and fail miserably in that which isn’t. I don’t think any of us wants a terrorist to successfully get past Obama’s security policies with a nuclear or biological weapon. The extreme left won’t appreciate either and may look for a new idol the next time; after all, they still need to be able to vote a female liberal into the White House in order to feel good about their diversity quest.
