I’m a Christian, and I know a lot of Christians who are black...and they couldn’t care less about Obama’s views on abortion...all that matters is that he is black. I am still boggled...really. Their values and morals took a back seat to black pride.
it’;s the same story of homo marriage
I may be the first to say “black pride” is an oxymoron.
Probably not, but one cannot ignore the facts.
Research for yourself.
I noticed that, too. It made me very sad. God judges a man’s heart, and so many ‘Christians’ saw only Obama’s skin color and what it meant to ‘their’ people. I thought we were ALL God’s children, and what color our skin is doesn’t matter. I can tell you that MLK was probably turning over in his grave today. His cause has been set back, not forward, as a result of the Obama election. So many people now believe that we are to judge people favorably not first because of the content of their character, but because of the color of their skin. I also know that MLK’s niece, Mrs. Alveda King, is not happy with Obama’s stance on abortion. But, mark my words—race relations have taken a giant step backward in this country, not forward.
As the entire continent of Africa is a failure, so are black-populated cities in America.
When you are on the bottom of the world, a little hope of sunshine preempts any sanity you may have.
I cannot stand Obama, but I understand.
