It's a strange title, but both the regular webpage and the printer friendly version use it.

Sun is till pumping out sporadic Cycle 23 spots along with sporadic 24 spots. Next winter will be one for the ages. Based on solar influence alone it could be the worse winter many of us have experienced. Another Arctic blast hitting the US is predicted for this weekend. If our government consensus continues to claim that we must fight Global Warming, it will cease to be taken as a serious entity by the end of next winter.

Obama gets inaugurated tomorrow and, already, he’s saved us from global warming. He didn’t even have to do anything!

Hillary dear, one who passionarely proclaims we must cut our CO2 emissions to save the world, it is all about your
EGO. You, a scientific illiterate in a world of objective analysis, must desperately be
important and relevant, to satisfy your identity problems.
If you are intelligent like you think, and so desperately want to help the world, why didn't you just become a medical researcher, or a solar engineer, or an administering missionary?
What a bunch of buffoons!

Awesome! It was 80 degrees last weekend here in San Diego. Maybe you polar bears can move here and get our housing values up again. If not, we’ll just suffer it without you.

Yes, where I live, it "only" got up to about 55 those days. The overnight lows were around 42. I couldn't stand it. Luckily, we have had about 2 weeks of temps over 70. Sweet!
The farther you live from the coast, the colder it can get overnight in the winter, but those areas tend to be warmer in Santa Anas, too. In the summer, as you well know, it gets very hot inland, while the coast stays moderate.
Point being, in a global cooling situation, which we have now, the warmer climes will be the place to be.
