Vice President-elect Joe Biden worshipped and received communion Sunday at the same Roman Catholic church President John F. Kennedy attended just hours before his inauguration.
Biden and his wife, Jill, sat in a pew reserved for him and his family toward the back of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, and listened as the Rev. Larry Madden, S.J., delivered a sermon about God as a constant anchor and the promise of hope and change for those who believe.
Although Madden did not mention Biden's name, the presence of the vice president-elect was obvious in other ways.
Secret Service agents were discreetly stationed throughout the church, including either side of the altar. Toward the end of the 11:30 a.m. Mass, as one of the lectors urged those in attendance to welcome new members and visitors, some in the congregation laughed and then applauded, looking toward Biden. He eventually stood and acknowledged the response that included a standing ovation.
Among those at the service was Biden's former colleague, Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., a regular at Holy Trinity.

Some Catholics, like those at this Mass, are bloomin’ eejits!
That verse has been softly repeating itself in the back of my mind for months.
With the arch-villain Leahy there it’s a wonder the church, the choir, the religious and those in attendance didn’t go out in a giant burst of lightning.
It’s run by those evil Jesuits...heretics all!
God is merciful (although sorely tempted).
No bolt of lightning appeared to send Biden off to a very hot locale.
They'll do anything won't they!
How any Catholic of good conscience can support him is beyond me....
But it’s comin’ ~ just a matter of time.
Fr. Larry Madden, S.J., is a Georgetown Jesuit. I guess that says it all.
These are the guys who consider Bill Clinton to be their most distinguished alumnus.
The heretic who ran the Jesuits died a couple of years ago, I think, but they elected another heretic to take his place. Too bad, but I don’t think the Jesuit Order can be salvaged at this point. And as for Georgetown University, it’s the very last place I would send any good Catholic kid to be educated.
A Jesuit. Figures.
Which is one of the reasons I am no longer a Catholic.
Evil church ping
Yup! The Church sure has changed! Applauding the presence of the Vice-Abortionist-Elect?????
1 Cor 11
23For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:
24And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
25After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
26For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.
27Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
28But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
29For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.
30For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.
31For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
32But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
33Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.
34And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.
Disgusting. Catholics would applaud that man?
That verse has been on my mind bigtime, as well.

for the life of me I will never understand why any one who says they are Christian, would vote for the team that would would rip apart an unborn baby out of it’s mother’s womb...
