Lesser of two evils is still evil, but it’s still the lesser evil.

Lesser evil, until one gets reelected and then thinks that is a mandate to try to push through allot of crap that most of the people do not want. Then said lesser evil elevates to evil.

Yeah, but at least it’s our evil and not their evil. All our puritanism did was cost us the following: The lives of many fetuses, nearly a trillion dollars worth in spending, American streets filled with radicalized and angry gangbangers, and likely, the fairness doctrine, and now, from the looks of it, we’re going to have openly gay soldiers on the battlefield. (Ever had to change in the same lockerroom as a gay person? Now our fine men and women are going to know the same feeling!) We have to realize at times that we’re not always going to get our dream candidates. And sometimes, our dream candidates are running on the other half of the ticket. If Juan McCain, god forbid won (Or if many of us got over our Latterdayphobia and voted for Rommney in the first place!), the inner cities wouldn’t be radicalized, we can still listen to Rush Limbaugh without the fear of him having to talk about Vermont style curry on one of his shows. And besides, it wasn’t like McCain was a spring chicken. He had at most 1 term left in him and he had Palin.

P.S. Don’t ever effing call me a moderate. I may be a bit granola, but the lefty tendencies end at the dinnerplate.
