Federal agents raided Johnson's four offices and his home Wednesday and carried off hundreds of boxes, including the charts for the clinic's 6,000 patients. They want to know more about his billing practices and the prescriptions he writes.

"I may not appear shocked," Johnson said. "I was shocked then, but for me it's just another in a series of what I view as harassment."

A 52-page search warrant unsealed late Friday says patients knew Johnson as "candy man," an easy touch for drug seeking addicts. He rarely examined his patients, according to several former employees and patients. And he's accused of Medicaid and Medicare billing fraud.

"I'm just here to say the information they provided to the court was founded on misinformation, hearsay and opinion," Johnson said.

But Johnson has had many clashes with the medical community. His privileges were revoked when he was accused of over-prescribing and patient abandonment at Grays Harbor Community Hospital.

A judge dismissed two discrimination claims Johnson filed against Grays Harbor and another hospital.

KING 5 News reporter Chris Ingalls asked Johnson: "Why are all these agencies and people doing this to you?"

Johnson said: "Look at me. I'm black. I believe they're doing this because I'm a young successful black man."

I'm guessing that it's easier to have lots of patients when you don't actually examine them and just write prescriptions only....saves a lot of time.

This reminds me of a South Park episode where the police would openly discuss how they needed to bust people because they were successful and black. Since B. Hussein 0bama hasn’t been sworn in quite yet I suppose this is still “Bush’s Fault”, but people like him may have to find a different excuse when The One is Da Man....or will they?

It seems that his previous efforts at screaming "RACISM!" were not exactly a resounding success, yet he continues....such is the depth that race-baiting as an institution has infected society.  He has so much faith in this defense that he uses it over and over and over...he just can't believe that it won't work for him.

One naturally wonders how much 'affirmative action' played a part in his getting into medical school and of turning away better-qualified candidates who may not have been from  a minority group.  How many excellent doctors were denied an opportunity to truly serve the community as a direct result of him and others like him ?

When I was a PreMed at Univ of Colo there was a young man at my Org Chem bench who was never prepared, never understood, and never made above a “C”. I was shocked to hear him announce one day a full 6 weeks before the match that he had been accepted at CU Med. I asked him how that could be as I knew it was 6 weeks too soon to know this and he answered “My mother was Indian (Native American).” I was in the top 10 of 2,000 in Org Chem and I didn't get accepted at CU and had to go to Med School out of state. I hope his patients are doing well...

When you think about it, one part of racism is that there actually is some racism.

But the other side is a “victim” who does not dare admit “I’m an incompetent fool who would have trouble runnin a toothbrush” so they scream “RACISM” cause that’s the only thing they got left.
