Tom bought into the Liberal mentality long, long ago. Sad but not surprising.

Under the guise of the label of discrimination for those opposing gay marriage, these people will promote homosexuality by legalizing homosexual marriage.

It isn't about discrimination. It is about the legalization of a behavior that most people consider wrong. In America, freedom means the right to pursue good, not evil, and our laws are meant to protect that concept. Therefore, promoting homosexual marriage is unAmerican. Tom Hanks has it backwards.
