“The Supreme Court doesn’t have the power to strike things from the Constitution and they never have.”

Did you see anywhere in my post that stated that the Supreme Court would strike anything from the Constitution? Read my post and review their history. They INTERPRET the constitution and they can set it aside; as they have done in just the past few years relying on a treaty, that we had not signed, as the basis of their decision.

OTHER THAN EVENTUALLY AN ARMED REVOLUTION

Not going to happen.

And you know that is not going to happen? Hell, I don’t know what I’m having for lunch tomorrow and you can predict with certainty that there will not be an armed revolution in this country. Impressive

“Do you actually think 3/4 of the states would approve this?”

Acorn and George Soros, et al showed what could happen in this country. Barak Hussein Obama was elected president. They could do it again. the machinery is in place. Not say that it will but possible. Too many people are sitting back saying nothing is going to change and massive changes are going on around us.

Well it isn’t going to make it through Congress since it needs the approval of 2/3rds of both houses. Only other way is to have 2/3rs of the legislatures propose it. Then it’ll still need 3/4ths of the states to ratify it. I don’t see how that is possible.

Good Grief...is there no one else the voters could have voted into office other than this guy?

It may be easy to kid ones self into thinking...”oh, it'll never happen here”....well how many of us ever thought IN OUR WILDEST DREAMS that the voters of this nation would vote into the office of the Presidency a Communist/Marxist far,far leftest with all the baggage he's got.....and yet, come next Tues. he's going to be sworn in....and all without ever having to produce documents proving he's even elligable to hold that office. Obviously we can't rely on our courts of law to settle these things according to the rule of law...as that seems to be irrelevant.

I am thinking this scary talk about amending the Constitution so the “little dictator in waiting” can rule till death. is just a trial balloon to see if anyone is paying attention. If most of the Americans are asleep, or too busy trying to figure out how to feed their kids and stay in their homes during this plotted financial disaster.....well, this outfit will try, if not now, later to pull this off. We must remain diligent, watch what the bunch of vipers...both parties are up to ...and let our Congress hear from us....pick up the phone and call Congress...make some noise, let then know this idea is CROSSING THE LINE.
