We're still not doing squat to become energy independent.
The Democrat "No Domestic Energy Policy!"
- No domestic drilling.
- No new refineries.
- No new nuke plants.
- No new dams for hydro-electric.
- No coal.
- No shale.
- Deplete the SPR.
- Let Iran get nukes.
- Let Iraq fall to Iranian domination.
- No Canadian tar sands oil.

The Department of Energy was established in the Stone Age and now has 22,000 employees and has spent billions and billions and has not produced one drop of oil

Yes, we need to conserve — the US should buy up as much M-E oil at these prices so that when oil rises again (as it will), we’re never again going to be blackmailed by OPEC

The Florida/Georgia/Alabama area was affected by pipeline disruptions which greatly limited supplies at that time. That was the reason for the high prices during that period in your area.

This is just a ruse. As so many Freepers told us, oil will NEVER fall below $100/Bbl. NOT possible. Therefore, this is just a fantasy...
