I hope its 4 below WITH a 15mph wind, not too much cause it actually gets warmer, just enough for a nice -20 or so windchill.
Oh and some frozen fog.
Worst thing I have ever driven through up here in Alaska, usually happens when driving over a long bridge over a still flowing river and its very cold like -30, the sudden attachment of moisture coats everything instantly.

Freezing rain that makes the whole of DC look like a Zamboni drove up and down the street! I want to see Obamanauts slipping, falling and breaking their hips!
