A U.N. official in Gaza said a school where dozens of Palestinians were killed by tank shells on Tuesday was clearly marked with a U.N. flag and its location had been reported to Israeli authorities.
John Ging, director of operations in Gaza for UNRWA, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, said the death toll in the Israeli artillery strike near the school in Jabalya refugee camp was 30 dead with another 55 people injured.

so why was a hamas mortar being fired from this well marked school?
Either (i) the Israelis are targeting schools for the fun of it - an assertion ridiculous in its face - or are otherwise grossly negligent, or (ii) there were weapons in that building and the UN is not terribly concerned about actions that would protect Israel from attack.
Guess which scenario I believe? Obviously the latter.

Most likely it is an outright lie. Knowing who and what we are dealing with. These cowardly scum terrorists use children, churches, mosques, civilians, etc. as cover thinking the “infidels” of the West are too naive and caring to blow them to hell regardless of where they hide.
Once a war is finally fought and won, only then will peace ever happen in the Middle East involving Israel and the Arab shills, the Pals and Hamas, et al.

Israeli's have evidence of mortars being launched from this location and fires on it.

Sorry, Charlie. Mortar fire coming from a building trumps any sort of flag identifying it as an exempt target.
I believe the U.N as much as I believe Obama, so that answer is ZERO. The U.N is VERY VERY anti-semetic, always side with the arabs so this doesn’t shock me. Hamas had rockets in that building, had been firing from that building, so what did they do, they put women and children in there while they are firing KNOWING that Israel would attack it, they enjoy watching women and children die, why, to get PUBLICITY, so that Israel can be called murderers, this is their plan and the Democrats are falling for it hook, line, and sinker
Hamas is really getting the poop beat out of them (Go, IDF!) so they have manufactured this “event” to try and turn the tide of public opinion against Israel.
The UN is happy to help out, obviously.

So this is an indictment of the Hamas criminals who used a clearly marked school, right?
The Palestinians and Hamas build bunkers and depots under ground then build a school or hospital or mosque on top and then when they provoke a ware and that building gets targeted they cry foul.
Screw em... This crap has gone on long enough, I hope Israel tramples these animals to dust. UN, US, et al just go to hell and let the Jews do what they should have done a long time ago.
If the palestinians are so ignorant that they are so easily manipulated by their “arab” breatheren (bretheren who consider them below trailer trash and treat them far worse than the Israeli’s do in their own countries) to be cannon fodder, the let them become it. They elected Hamas, and continue to support them, their government condones and backs 80-90 rocket attacks a day against Israel, they decided to put these animals in power, so now those that are not guility will pay the price with the dogs who are... You sleep with dogs, you wake up with fleas.
This situation reminds me of kids yelling “SAFE!” when grabbing the flagpole while playing tag.
