Attackers rammed a burning car into a synagogue in the southern French city of Toulouse, officials have said. The car, packed with a petrol bomb, was set alight and then pushed into the synagogue door by a second car. The building caught fire but a local rabbi and about 12 people caught inside escaped unharmed after Monday's attack.
It came as the French defence minister met Jewish and Muslim community leaders to stress the Middle East conflict should not lead to violence in France. Police said they were investigating the attack and had not made any arrests. Correspondents say it is not clear whether the incident reflects frustration in France as violence in the Middle East escalates. Anti-Semitic violence in France - which has large Jewish and Muslim communities - rose sharply in 2002 when Israel launched large-scale military operations in the West Bank. Large number of French Jews chose to emigrate to Israel in the wake of attacks on Jewish people or buildings. The National Bureau for Vigilance against Anti-Semitism, a Jewish group, condemned the latest attack.

France hasn’t changed since Alfred Dreyfuss’ conviction. Antisemitism is ingrained in Europe, despite the multicultural illusions they cast.

Correct. It was the muslim “youths” which the elites has ignored despire the incredibly bigoted and hateful acts they’ve committed. The point is that there are still plenty of people in Europe will don’t care about such things as long as it’s Jewish victims.

Allow me to question your assumptions. Even the ultra-PC BBC article implies that the perps are Muslims. Muslims that, I might add, have been imported into France with the help of Jewish "anti-racist" lobbies.
This arson attach is an act of anti-Jewish hatred perpetrated by Muslims who hate France, don't want to be called French, and don't ever miss an opportunity to point it out (for instance by booing the French national anthem in a stadium, or desecrating churches, flags, etc).
I fail to see how this could be related to 19th-century anti-semitism, which never took the form of physical aggression.
Multi-culturalism, which you seem to hold as the answer to all racism problems, is often translated into "let's allow uncontrolled Muslim immigration and let's allow them to take over". As in England for instance. Again, this would produce exactly the attacks we see today.
I urge you to think hard about your assumptions. They don't jibe with reality.

The point I was trying to make is that the French government’s tolerance of muslims in the name of “multiculturalism” is hypocritical. The liberals in Europe are kowtowing to muslims, and the fact that they’re targeting jews instead of the french makes it easier for them to rationalize such disgusting behavior.
Oh, please!!! The Jooz clearly provoked this by building their synagogue on the site of a future Muslim bonfire.

Hum, there are several problems with this statement. First, a lot of Jews in France identify themselves as French first, thank God. Also, the Muslims do abundantly target the French (by which I assume you mean "non-Jewish French"). The prisons in France are choke-full of Muslims, and many a Frenchman has been senselessly mugged or harassed by Muslims for the crime of being a Roumi.
Many well-to-do leftists don't have to leave their rich, protected enclaves, which shields them from this kind of risks. So yes, in that sense you're right: they don't have to face the consequences of their behavior.

I agree the article doesn't say that Muslims did it, but the juxtaposition is as damning an accusation as anything you can read on the Beeb.
