The Minnesota Supreme Court has rejected Republican Norm Coleman's request to count an additional 650 rejected absentee ballots in the state's U.S. Senate recount.
The court's ruling Monday likely paves the way for the state Canvassing Board to certify results showing Democrat Al Franken won the race. But Coleman's attorneys have said they are likely to sue if he loses the recount, meaning it could be weeks more before the outcome is final.

I feel sick.
I have said that several times regarding this issue, but it’s true.
Maybe I’m just too young, but it seems that the corruption with Democrats is just in your face as opposed to at LOOKING like aren’t thugs.
It is over for Coleman as soon as Franken is certified. Ask Gore.

Franken is quite boring. Show him the way to the Senate Cloak Room and he’ll fit right in ~ drunk, disheveled, needs a bath ~
When the U.S. Supreme Court overrules the Minnesota Supreme Court, Democrats will claim that the USSC “stole the election” from Franken. Forget what the actual facts are.
nothing surprises me in american politics anymore...they just keep counting until they find more for themselves and throw out more for the opposition until they win....
Like I said before...
Our forefathers are turning over in their graves.
I think we’ve hit the bottom of the pit when a clown with no experience is given an undeserving seat by the MN court. They have no shame.

COLEMAN FOR U.S. SENATE PRESS RELEASE: SENATOR NORM COLEMAN: MY CAMPAIGN WILL PULL DOWN NEGATIVE ADS
By Michael B. Brodkorb | October 10, 2008
St. Paul - At a press conference in his St. Paul headquarters today, Senator Norm Coleman announced that he will be ending all negative campaign ads for the remainder of the Senate campaign. Noting the unprecedented and historic challenges currently facing the state and nation, and the fear and angst that is gripping families across the state, Coleman vowed to bring a message of hope and optimism to Minnesotans in every corner of the state over the campaigns final weeks.
As of today I am suspending all negative campaign ads and am calling on those who support me to do the same, Coleman said. Im doing this for two reasons. First of all, this is a terrible time for so many people with the financial crisis with real concerns and fear about peoples jobs about their life savings and their childrens future and education when we are all bombarded with negative messages of real consequence. At times like this, politics should not add to negativity it should lift people up with hope and a confident vision for the future. And second, I decided that I was not all that interested in returning to Washington for six years based on the judgment of voters that I was not as bad as the other two guys. I want folks to vote for me, not against the other guys.
About to cough up some phlegm.
I pose this question to myself and freeperdom: How long will We the People stand by and accept the continuing theft of our democracy by the left? They become more entrenched by the day, making an electoral solution less and less likely. As we’ve seen over and over, they own the court system, virtually ruling out a judicial solution. What is left for us to do?

This is all according to plan.
Count, recount, recount and recount again, until you get the result you want and then have the courts certify YOUR result as the correct one.
That’s the democrap way.
IMO, no
They didn’t reject his argument - they deflected it - stating that the motion argued a point more properly raised in an election contest (which is a suit filed after the certification of a winner).
Franken Fraud, its why Franken didn’t concede on election night or after the first recount showed Coleman with a win.
I think protecting the integrity of our voting system is the most urgent, important issue of our time. Without it, our country will sink further into chaos.
If the left wins in the arena of ideas and wins honest elections, then I can say that is what the American people want. If conservatives actually present better and more popluar ideas, then we should be able to be assured that we will in elections. At least, we will have a chance.
With the RATS in total control, we are finished. There will be small pockets of conservatives, but we will never be able to win the Congress or WH as long as we allow elections to be stolen and there are no laws passed to ensure the integrity of the system.
