nothing surprises me in american politics anymore...they just keep counting until they find more for themselves and throw out more for the opposition until they win....

Hmmm, sounds familiar.

From the movie Key Largo:

Johnny Rocco: You hick! I'll be back pulling strings to get guys elected mayor and governor before you ever get a 10-buck raise. Yeah, how many of those guys in office owe everything to me. I made them. Yeah, I made 'em, just like a -- like a tailor makes a suit of clothes. I take a nobody, see? Teach him what to say. Get his name in the papers and pay for his campaign expenses. Dish out a lotta groceries and coal. Get my boys to bring the voters out. And then count the votes over and over again till they added up right and he was elected. Yeah -- then what happens? Did he remember when the going got tough, when the heat was on? No, he didn't wanna. All he wanted was to save his own dirty neck . . . Yeah, 'Public Enemy,' he calls me. Me, who gave him his 'Public' all wrapped up with a fancy bow on it.

“..How long will We the People stand by and accept the continuing theft of our democracy by the left?..”

I pray not much longer. If we continue to sit by and let things like this happen we will wake up one day and realize we are alone, those that think like us, feel like us and live like us will be alone and isolated. We can’t trust any part of the government to read the Constitution and understand it. We have 4 solid votes on the USSC, 1 vote that checks the wind more than he should and 4 that believe that whatever the “flavor” of the month is, is the correct way to vote. There is no right or wrong, only the liberal way. The use of theft or fraud to get and keep power is now accepted. A second revolution needs to happen and if it does, there can be no sympathy for those who think the Constituion is just something to wipe with.
All of us might learn from a quote attributed to Chairman Mao; “Political power comes out of the end of a barrel.”
And the left doesn’t believe in owning guns....

Lets see who funny he is in the Senate—they could use a few laughs. We will need a funny senator once Obama has his way.

I told GOP members here that Coleman should have called a conference weeks ago and declared himself winner, then charge Frankin correctly with stealing an election. But no, the MN GOP let it happen. Enjoy your clown of a senator and thanks for foisting this bum on the rest of us. I hope this shoots down any future progess of having Pawlenty go national, because he should have never let this happen.

Historically, courts have been very reluctant to even consider actions that would overturn an election that has been certified. OTOH, 'Rats have no similar reservations. They stole the 8th Indiana Congressional seat in '84 in broad daylight, refusing the seat a Republican who had been certified by the Indiana SoS and doing their own "recount" to get the 'Rat seated instead.

The courts did nothing to correct the 'Rat theft of the 2004 governor's election in WA state.

About the only time the courts got it right was the USSC in the 2000 FL vote. I guess that was even too brazen for them. Coleman needs to argue the equal protection clause, as Bush did. But this is a Senate contest, not Presidential, and the USSC may defer to the state SC. That means Coleman's history.

The Supreme Court has made the concept of “one man, one vote” holy writ to the point of telling states that they can’t model their senates the way the US Senate is set up (e.g., giving each county a vote). If there is evidence that votes are being double counted, make it a federal issue.

‘There is no more law. The strong do as they please.’

Exactly.

I’m pretty disappointed too that Franken “won”. I was never impressed with Norm Coleman. The only reason he won in 2002 was of the spectacle created by the Dems during the Wellstone memorial. Had Wellstone lived, Coleman would have lost.

Franken will be one and done. Being from MN, I know a lot of die hard dems who did not vote for him at all and did not want to see him as senator.

Right now the leadership in the GOP cannot find its message and they are afraid to stand up for conservative principles. It’s gonna be up to us to develop a grassroots movement to educate people on conservatism and that’s how we’re gonna take back the house and the senate. Palin and Jindal are the bright spots for the GOP.

it's not always the Pubs fault......if the rats cheat, throw millions into their elections from God only knows, no PUb is going to win...

people voted FOR that Freak......sure, more people voted against him, but it makes no differance....

explain how any one could vote for Freak and there is is the problem...

stop always throwing Pubs under the bus...stupid people voting will elect the stupidest people and there is no rational or logical reason for it.

Sorry to all the Minnesota Freepers out there, but it looks like Minnesota will elect just about anything to an office.
