Indeed, the beginning of the end of this once great Republic. As the Greeks would say: “Those whom the gods wish to destroy they first drive them insane.” D’rat Minnesotans from here on now should be deemed certifiably insane.
“It’s not who votes that countss, it’s who counts the votes.”
Stalin
Your other comments were right on. If you have some reason to believe that this will be over in 8 years please share. After all it took the Russians 70 years to shake free of the Marxists just enough to install the gangsters. What makes you think we can improve things in 8?
Thank you and thank you.
But I still think Coleman is not given credit for battling against a rigged game.
He’s going to battle now and I applaud it.
Suffice to say if I posted what I really thought the Secret Service would pay me a visit.
the first and only time franken will be funny is when he manages to bring the US Senate down to the gutter. wait, is that a step up for people like Reid?
I think that this election was planned to end this way. They were copying the WA State model for stealing an election. Once they are successful, it never goes back.
In WA State, it is thought that the Indian tribes played a large part. A tribal member described on local radio how, the tribes vote absentee ballots for every member who ever lived on the reservation, dead or alive and voting elsewhere.
“I have a difficult time believing that there are actually Americans who think that electing Al Franken would even be on the table. Stunning.”
Most Liberals I have talked to have no real interest in politics. They just want to either be popular with their friends or irritate some authority figure in their life.
They are entitled to vote whomever to represent them and I am entitled to believe they are close to being the dumbest and least educated voters in America.
People always embrace their own destruction. 2000 years ago, Cicero replied to Brutus' criticism of Caesar:
"Do not blame Caesar, blame the people of Rome who have so enthusiastically acclaimed and adored him and rejoiced in their loss of freedom and danced in his path and gave him triumphal processions and laughed delightedly at his licentiousness and thought it very superior of him to acquire vast amounts of gold illicitly. Blame the people who hail him when he speaks in the Forum of the 'new, wonderful good society' which shall now be Rome's, interpreted to mean 'more money, more ease, more security, more living fatly at the expense of the industrious.' Julius was always an ambitious villain, but he is only one man."
I have to say I didn’t follow this election closely, but how in the world did someone like Franken even come close to beating Coleman? Coleman is not really conservative, but come on...there are pictures of Franken wearing a diaper! Will Franken be seated or will the GOP filibuster do you think. I am sure the recount was a bunch of BS.
Circus time in Capitol Hill. Al Franken will turn Senate into Saturday Night Live stage.:-)
Any chance that Minnesota can send a non-RINO to the Senate in six years? If so, that might be worth watching that assclown, Stuart Smalley, pretend that he’s a Senator.
The people deserve the debacle that will unfold.
My problem with the American public isn't that they don't think like me. My problem is that they don't think at all.
I’m no big fan of Coleman, but I applaud his stance of going after the UN. Geez, this is Ventura redux. I weep for my country and this h*llhole state.
Libs really seem to want to be ruled by celebrities. I think they’d be happier with a king or queen instead of a rep. republic. I know the media would.
