Numerous legal challenges have been filed in an effort to force president-elect Barack Obama to validate his constitutional eligibility for the office he seeks and while it is true that suit after suit has been denied in the courts, it is also true that all of them have been denied on a technicality rather than on the merits of the case against Obama.
And although Obama could have ended the debate months ago by simply delivering a $10.00 certified copy of his official birth records to prove his constitutional edibility, he has instead chosen to spend nearly a million bucks in legal defense fees hoping to run out the clock and assume office before any of the legal challenges will be heard by the courts.
A few things are quite clear at this point
* Article II - Section I of the Constitution clearly limits those who can serve as Commander-in-Chief to "natural born citizens" of the United States, and for good reason
* The Hawaii certificate posted on Obama's web-site is insufficient and in question at best
* Obama's Kenyan relatives state that they attended his birth in Kenya
* Later, Obama was indeed a legal citizen of Indonesia, traveling under his Indonesian passport as recent as in his early twenties
* There is no known record of Obama changing his Indonesian citizenship back to American citizenship, and it wouldn't make him a "natural born citizen" even if he did
* None of this seems to matter to anyone of consequence...
On this basis, we are headed towards not one, but numerous constitutional crises.

I would guess that he spends big bucks fighting to keep his birth certificate hidden for the same reason that JFKerry never released his military records - damaging information, whether it be citizenship or other. Otherwise it makes absolutely no sense to not produce the document(s).
I doubt it will make any difference now except in public opinion, because the fix always seems to be in for the lefites, but I'll bet there is information that would have nipped his run in the bud had it been disclosed early on.

The battle revolves solely on the dictates of the Constitution being adhered to, nothing more.

You would say “Dude, sorry you got arrested and I know you are innocent, but hey look at all the evidence that’s lined up against you. By the poster’s own words, the Constitution is no longer a contract enforced so the ‘hill’ represented by demanding an affiramtive action fraud prove he is Constitutionally eligible is not a place to fight. Some of those may not even be American citizens and have a vested interest in the Constitution being abrogated now.
McCain was supported by only 30% of registered republicans. Palin is a wonderful Governor, but was a long shot help to McCain.
Even the Clinton juggernaut was no match for an international Obama-mania.
RNC heads MUST roll and FAST! The primary process MUST be changed instantly to reflect the will of conservatives rather than New England liberals.

You have asked that question before, been given an explanation, yet you continue to try and obfuscate with that query. Why? Are ytou inacapabale of reading the explanation or just trying to be obtuse? Obama has three law firms working the more than seventeen lawsuits and travleing around the world covering his tracks, burying his documentation and operating research work to uncover any loose ends and bury them. How much do you think that costs? Do you think the courts have picked up the costs for the three law firms, the detectives, and the travel expenses accumulating now for more than three years? Did you know that one of the illegal accessors of his passport files was a firm owned by an ex-CIA operative who is on Obama’s payroll?
The issue is going to continue to be swept aside, the powers that be in either party are not going to offer resistance. Clearly Obama has a reason for not producing a BC and with a cool million spent to keep up the resistance he’s not going to produce one. He and his party are going to continue the incremental steps toward socialism, the incremental steps to the abandonment of our Constitution, little baby steps that destroy everything bit by bit,that is what we can not allow. We probably can’t force a fight that will stop him now, but we can fight him every foot of the way as he advances toward socialism. And over the next four years we can make sure people understand what he has done, what he is doing, to the Constitution and even though we can’t change the minds of the rabid Obamatrons we can make a lot of ordinary citizens take a second and third look and maybe then we can make a difference.
