Sorry for the vanity. I have finally decided to spend January 20th, 2009 at my local Veterans Cemetery saying a prayer for America, and the people that gave their lives to make her great. I hope others will join me at a memorial, or cemetery in your area. God bless our America.

The 20th is my 45th birthday....how can I possibly celebrate?

I will be flying my flag only on Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day and Veteran’s Day. All other days, I will be flying my Lone Star flag.

I started on Nov 4. I wanted to get the Stars & Bars, but decided against it. Another neighbor had his ripped down and burned.

I’ll be at work that day, but will make sure to miss the news that night. Have NO interest in the fawning medias’ hysterical take on the most exciting inauguration ever.

we should have a freeper booze-fest. although, it is a tuesday. i might take wednesday off. i’ll be in mourning.

I was thinking the Stars and Bars, myself. The Wife vetoed that idea. Besides, I really don’t want to have to clean up the mess from putting a round through a vandal.

I’m still trying to make up my mind....Lone Star or Gadsden. With input from the Wife, it will likely be Lone Star on the front of the houseand Gadsden on the garage.

This being Texas, we know how to deal with tresspassers/vandals.
