A second conference has been posted on the docket for the U.S. Supreme Court over the issue of Barack Obama's eligibility to occupy the White House, this one scheduled a week after Congress is to review the Electoral College vote tabulation.
The latest issue posted is a request for an injunction on the election results pending the resolution of a petition for a writ of certiorari filed by attorney Philip J. Berg, a case that is docketed for a similar conference among the justices on Jan. 9.
Berg's original case raises questions about Obama's eligibility and his injunction request first was filed early in December. It was submitted to and rejected by two different justices before it came before Justice Antonin Scalia on Dec. 18. Then just before Christmas the docket was updated to reflect that the motion had been "distributed for conference of January 16

Where does this 800,000$ number come from? So far he has not even bothered to respond to any of the lawsuits and they all went away. He may not even know about them, some secretaries secretary is handling this crap, and so far she is basically ignoring it. So far money spent by Obama is probably closer to 0$. I seriously doubt he is losing sleep over a lawsuit by a 9/11 Truther who thinks Bush blew up the WTC.

It's not remotely credible to think he doesn't know about it. He had to be the one to decide to fight instead of spending less than a hundred bucks to make it all go away. No secretary decided to hire a small army of attorneys. No way. And I wouldn't be surprised if the number is above $800K by now. No source needed, just a familiarity with how quickly the bill grows when multiple attorneys have the clock ticking around the country.

Berg IS a 9/11 Truther, that is just a fact. I am still waiting for a source on that 800,000$ dollars, I was not aware that ignoring a lawsuit was this expensive. Also no, it would not surprise me if he does not know about this. Obama is busy getting CIA briefs, finding out what the government of Mongolia is up to, and showing his abs at the beach to secure the gay vote in 2012; he has underlings to shield him from frivolous lawsuits.

Obama is well aware of the birth certificate issue. That’s why he submitted the suspected forgery in June, an attempt to make his citizenship issue go away.

With this bunch on the SCOTUS, the issue will most likely go away. They must all be thinking about the riots that followed after MLK was shot and compare that with what they think could possibly happen if Obama were to lose his place in the WH. They could feel compelled to make a decision influenced by blackmail.
And all the underhanded legal maneuvers, just for a piece of paper that the president-elect should be able to produce.
