When you have an entitlement mentality as strong as Obama's, you are served meals, you don't serve them. I'm sure that the thought never crossed his tiny mind.
In the military, the higher ranking officers serve the troops on holidays. President Bush serving, as the highest rank of all, is traditional. Of course, Democrat presidents (and presidents-elect) don’t know the etiquette, or more likely don’t care.
