The Preacher vs. the President-Elect Pastor Wiley Drake thinks he still has a prayer of unseating Barack Obama—sorry, Barack Hussein Obama.
First Southern Baptist Church of Buena Park’s irrepressible Pastor Wiley Drake is not discouraged in light of the Dec. 8 announcement the U.S. Supreme Court will not hear a New Jersey man’s case that argued Barack Obama cannot be sworn in as president because his father was a British citizen. Alan Keyes, the American Independent Party’s 2008 presidential candidate, and his running mate, Drake, are plaintiffs in a separate lawsuit knocking around California courts that makes a similar claim about Obama’s birth status. Several other cases are also winding through the nation’s courts in what Drake characterized as a coordinated effort he started to prevent the Jan. 20 inauguration of “the first illegal-alien president in U.S. history.”

I have my 65th birthday coming up, and I feel fine.

So I was calling today about your lawsuit, and then I heard about the Supreme Court decision this morning. Are you discouraged?
Well, no one likes to lose. But discouraged? No, there are several cases going on at one time, and we’re all working on these together.

It is disgusting that private citizens have to challenge the president-elect’s legitimacy for POTUS while all of Congress is mute. It just shows that when the chips are down Congress is nowhere to be found. No word from the WH or SCOTUS either.
It seems that government has abandoned us. How can it be trusted to defend the country against its enemies when it does not support the will of the people in a simple question of identification. I guess that the sight of the first mushroom cloud will show us their mettle.
If we are allowed to have a Congressional election in 2 years, we had better clean house and elect radical conservatives who will cram down some limits on this nut case presidential pretender. If not, it will be too late.
If we send the same morons back to congress, we get what we deserve and the Republic is lost.
if Mr. Obama is indeed inaugurated, we will file a lawsuit against the inauguration for being illegal and against the chief justice of the Supreme Court for swearing in a usurper. And then, typically on the first day of office, the president signs a bunch of bills. Every bill or document he signs, we will file a separate lawsuit. For every decision he makes, it’s gonna to be tied up in court.
All because Barry won't (can't) produce a simple thing like a long-form birth certificate...
We don’t know what they will do when they count the votes. That’s the only opportunity for them to do something. There is no way they can just bring it up on the floor now.
One single military officer can bring suit too, probably a lot sooner than a civilian, because orders are “valid” because of the chain of command, and if there is doubt about the legitimacy of the CiC, a soldier could refuse an order from his or her superior and take it to court.

Every stroke of Barry’s pen, every decision he makes, every order he gives, will result in another separate lawsuit. Now there’s a strategy!
It is time for the blood of the tyrants to be spilled by our combined votes at the voter box. If we do not turn this around in the next election I am afraid we will never reclaim the Republic.

If there is any justice, Obama will be forced to reveal the root documents behind the short-form Certification of Live Birth that he released. Even if the released COLB is legitimate, it would not prove that he was actually born in Hawaii.
The public intellectual dishonesty on this issue has been sickening. I expect it from the left, but this time the right has been just as bad.
If the short form COLB is not considered adequate documentation for paternity suits and for Hawaiian state agencies, why on earth should it be considered adequate documentation to permit Obama to become the U.S. President? Obama could have asked the State of Hawaii and the hospital where he was born to release all his birth records to the public. A few phone calls, issue resolved. The fact that he has not already done it probably means that he cannot do it.
Certifigate reminds me more and more of "The Emperor's New Clothes."
Not only does Barry Presiden Elect like to parade around with his shirt off but if we dont watch it he will take the shirts off all our backs.

And it aint like asking anything really difficult, just confirm NATURAL BIRTH CITIZENSHIP, before accepting the EC vote. Simple enough.
There is a similar case in the Washington State Supreme Court, Broe vs. Reed, challenging Obama’s non-citizenship. It’s scheduled for January 8, 2009.

Or perhaps a military officer will refuse to obey an order based upon his uncertainty that it is a lawful order by the lawful commander-in-chief. He will be court martialed and in his defense team will have the the birth certificate subpoenaed.

You remind me of something that was brought to my attention yesterday. We ultimately won World War 2 by outproducing Hitler and Tojo. American industry cranked up fast and spit out weapons by the blue million, so to speak, while the bombers began to whittle down the enemy’s production facilities until they could no longer support their armies.
The main producers were the Detroit three, besides the existing aircraft manufacturers. Chrysler no longer has the tank plant, GM is teetering on the brink of bankruptcy and Ford is keeping a stiff upper lip. That was our production capability. Now it’s gone.
It’s as if we are being disarmed.
It’s bizarre that the ignorance of the American people is so great that they are enslaving themselves even as they call for “diversity”, “openness”, “outreach”, and other such liberal buzz words. The problem is and remains the American people.
Power to the People! Let’s see a REAL Birth Certificate. The FACT is, that EVERY VOTER has standing to sue over Hussein Obama’s eligibility to serve. The so-called “Courts” are just not recognizing it, for whatever internal reasons they have.
