It was just reported on the show KFI Los Angeles that George W. Bush has pardoned an individual named John Allen Aregood of Riviera, Texas, who was apparently convicted of conspiracy to harbor and transport illegal aliens.
Gezzz.
Good grief. Oh well.

the fifth column has spoken.
Since I don’t want to get sued, I didn’t call him a “smuggler” when I just posted on this. All we know is that he was convicted of Conspiracy to harbor and transport illegal aliens:

Someone could do a public service if they could look up the details of the case.
A**h*l* He can pardon the illegal drug runner but not the border patrol agents.
Why is this a surprise? Anyone following this president since his days as governor of Texas should expect this, Bushbot claims notwithstanding.
Harboring and transporting? Would that not be part of an effort/operation to smuggle illegal aliens into the U.S.?
I wonder why any Border Patrol agents even still give a damn.
Unbelievable. Keeping the border open by smashing USBP morale must be a top priority of the open border lobby.
I know a few, they are not impressed. They do their job because of their beliefs
Not a drug runner.
He was jailed for assisting illegal immigrants find temporary shelter.
Like any good Christian would have done.
“Like any good Christian would have done.”
So, Christians, by your definition, cannot be law abiding citizens? I suppose you are saying Jesus demands a Christian world with no laws otherwise?
UH.....maybe they should ALL quit in protest? [/sarcasm]
Like there aren’t ten better qualified men and women who would love the opportunity.
Oh my, I can’t believe it! Feedback right NOW should have some impact, hopefully.
I pass through Riviera on the way to my daughters, last town with a gas station before the desolate King Ranch area.
Even if BW pardons Ramos - and he BETTER or it will be one more action he will be depised even more by many of his ex-voters - like me.- But it just goes to show you his "sense" of priorities... his political wisdom /s
Ramos should have been pardoned FIRST, you JACKASS...
Here is another thought. Bush leaves on 20 Jan 09 with Ramos and Compean both still in prison. Think of the publicity if one of the first things Zero did was to pardon the two.
