"... NJ has not used the death penalty since the late 60's early 70's I believe."

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't this a federal case?

If so, the U.S. govt. doesn't much care what the bleeding hearts of new jersey want...

They both have friends who bombed the Pentagon, too.

That is true...

From HumanEvents.com, April 29, 2008:
"By all accounts, he [Obama friend and associate, Bill Ayers] was a ferocious, violent, revolutionary Marxist in his halcyon days as a Weatherman leader. He and his Weatherman bombers were enamored of Ho Chi Minh, Che Guevara, Fidel Castro, Mao Tse-tung -- indeed, all the murderous heroes on the Left. Referring to the Weatherman members in August 1969, he said (according to the FBI): 'We’re revolutionary Communists.'

He got off on the group’s multiple explosions, too, and discusses them rather lovingly in his memoir.

Ideal Bombing Weather:
'Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon,' he writes (although he concedes it was really a group effort). 'The sky was blue. The birds were singing. And the bastards were finally going to get what was coming to them.' (p. 256 in the 2003 edition.)

Would those hymns be those we quietly sang while standing in formation? The midshipman’s hymn?

I wonder how a general prison population of bikers would treat these five honored ROP members of Islam?

Ramsey Clark to lead the appeal?

Maybe he and/or Lynn Stewart?

June, 1970 -- Kerry joins Vietnam Veterans Against the War (VVAW), a national veterans group that is part of the Peoples Coalition for Peace and Justice. The PCPJ is a broad coalition of local and national organizations, including the Communist Party, USA, "committed to conducting demonstrations aimed at ending the war in Indochina, and poverty, racism and injustice at home." The VVAW, CCI and PCPJ all have headquarters at 156 Fifth Avenue in New York City. VVAW Executive Secretary Al Hubbard, a former Black Panther, is also on the coordinating committee of the PCPJ. Hubbard soon appoints Kerry to the VVAW's Executive Committee, bypassing the normal election process.

November 22, 1970 -- During a fund-raising tour for GI deserters, Vietnam Veterans Against the War and the Black Panthers, Jane Fonda is quoted in the Detroit Free Press as telling a University of Michigan audience:
"I would think that if you understood what communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees that we would someday become communist," and "The peace proposal of the Viet Cong is the only honorable, just, possible way to achieve peace in Vietnam."

I don’t care if NJ has the death penalty or not. To me, this is something different. Traitorous little bastards need to be made an example of. In a public square. They act like that in this, Mine, Yours, OUR country ,IMO, what they are doing supercedes the niceties like the “Death Penalty”. No quarter. No mercy. EVER.

Bill Ayers and the Weathermen were the first ones that wanted to kill Soldiers at Fort Dix.

Too bad Bill Ayers and Diana Oaughton didn’t come and go together during the Big Bang at Daddy’s Brownstone...
