A Really Sad Commentary

I was reading in the net like I always do and I came across something really disturbing.

As someone born in Ecuador with friends and relatives in Latin America, I’m terrified watching how people in the United States are being manipulated just like people in Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador to put a Marxist in power.

The similarities between Rafael Correa’s campaign for president of Ecuador and that of Obama for U.S. president are amazing. Correa had no experience but was young, charismatic and had good speaking skills. Correa’s slogans were the same as Obama’s: CHANGE, YES WE CAN, etc.

Once he took over, Correa dissolved Congress and took control of the legislative and judicial powers. In other words, he became a dictator. Ecuadorians are poorer than ever. The CHANGE has been toward Marxism and greater poverty for all.

It’s now obvious that Correa works with Chávez and terrorists AGAINST Ecuadorians and the United States.

Most informed Ecuadorians, when they realized the similarities between Correa and Obama, felt confident that Americans could not be fooled as Ecuadorians had. However, it seems many Americans are as clueless as the poorest and most ignorant people in Ecuador or Bolivia.

Seems to me the only smart people on earth at this time are the poor Kenyans who were smart enough not to vote for Obama's cousin Odinga.

We are doomed. When you consider the abuse of power by GWB and his setup for his marxist friend our country may never recover.

Demagogues playing to the ignorant masses have been around since the Greeks, at least.

That was the idea of us being a limited, proscribed Republic, but that's all gone now.

"The Communist Party USA views the 2008 elections as a tremendous opportunity to defeat the policies of the right-wing Republicans and to move our country in a new progressive direction.

The record turnout in the Democratic Presidential primary races shows that millions of voters, including millions of new voters, are using this election to bring about real change. We wholeheartedly agree with them."

Saul Alinsky on "Change":

From Rules for Radicals, Alinsky outlines his strategy in organizing, writing:

"There's another reason for working inside the system. Dostoevsky said that taking a new step is what people fear most. Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and change the future. This acceptance is the reformation essential to any revolution."

The Communist Party USA (CPUSA):
"We are a party of unity in action. We are an integral part of every struggle and movement for change to eliminate poverty and joblessness, against racism and for full equality. We are participants, initiators and leaders of every movement to make life better now and much better in a socialist future." Yeah, so they supported an oppressive dictator, like the Repubs and Democrats haven't? The CP is still around, has apologized for that whole Stalin thing, and has a quickly growing youth section.

My Vote's for Obama (if I could vote) ...by Michael Moore

Friends,

I don't get to vote for President this primary season. I live in Michigan. The party leaders (both here and in D.C.) couldn't get their act together, and thus our votes will not be counted.

So, if you live in Pennsylvania, can you do me a favor? Will you please cast my vote -- and yours -- on Tuesday for Senator Barack Obama?

The CHANGE has been toward Marxism and greater poverty for all.

Congratulations on an extraordinary history making election!

We can think back with pride to decades of hard work toward our strategic goal of a big enough, broad enough and united enough labor and all-people’s movement that could overcome the ultra-right blockage to all progress. That all people’s movement has come to life, it is dynamic and it has the potential to keep growing.

The election of Barack Obama and a strengthened Congress creates new conditions in our country. There is now the possibility to shift gears and move forward. This new day requires us to further develop our tactics in order to continue to deepen and broaden labor and people’s unity.

There are thousands of experiences that we all have had in these momentous days, some large, some small, all of which express the enormity of change in thinking and readiness for involvement that is underway and that steels us for the battles ahead.

The tears of joy we all shared as crowds gathered to watch the election results here and throughout the world dramatize the new moment we are in.

He’s right about the resemblance between Obama and the latest crop of Latin American elected leftist dictators. Wrong about the Kenyans, though - they may have been smart enough not to vote for Obama’s cousin Odinga, but he was imposed on them anyway by a Gore-like maneuver when he challenged the vote. He was made “second in command,” but has essentially shoved aside the legitimately elected president. Kind of reminds you of a certain “president-elect,” doesn’t it?

I do believe that we’ve just gone through the last “free” election and the amount of fraud would be staggering if all were known.

Everyone keeps talking about ‘10 and ‘12 but once Marxists are in control, that won’t happen. It will take literally decades for the good guys to finally have their fill and begin to take action after the appeasers and traitors die off—of old age most likely.

They’re NOT going to just say, “Ok, your turn again and thanks!” Notice how they really don’t care how open the fraud and downright illegal activities are, look at the arrogance (and power) Pelosi & Co. have, nothing’s been done about that either, and won’t be. I thought that’s why we elected “our guys” into their vaunted positions so that they would look after our best interests, instead they sold us out. I would like to be pleasantly surprised however....

It is considered rude to spam a thread.

And it is considered stupid to try to suppress info that exposes the Obamunists for what they really are. Save your advice for people who post irrelevant garbage and idiotic suggestions such as yours.

People need to change their way of thinking. We have been sold a bill of goods that misery is the way to go, that we don’t deserve happiness; that only the cause means anything; that there are select people and such that are the only ones that deserve good things. It’s bs. It’s a lie. Repeat it’s a lie.

America came to be because we did not want these things. These people are no better than you; probably worse and there is certainly no such thing as equal.

If there is to be change; this is it. Not some false prophet like Obama.

What most people do is put the information in it’s own thread and then post the link in a relavant thread.

When you do it the way you do no one reads it because their interest is in the thread.
