Thucydides was HALF right. The fighting is still done by actual warriors—who are at least as intelligent as the so-called scholars they defend. I wonder just how close are tied this maritime group and the UN. Birds of a feather.

This story with pictures was presented as factual ... and I don’t buy it.
I wonder if the maritime laws you reference prohibit the use of directed sound “weapons” as used by the cruise ship some months ago to combat the pirates. The cruise ship company kept this thing a secret but it worked, and they were able to just steam away after taking an rpg round and .30 shots.

Also, most countries prohibit the entrance of armed ships into civilian ports.
