The scary thing is that the first words out of Obama’s mouth were lies which indicates he has a BIG character problem.

In addition, did he really think the truth wouldn’t come out ?

If so what does that say about his ability to think in a real crisis

I agree that this is very risky given BoB is so popular (he hasnt done anything yet). “

Disagree.
Comrade Obama has done plenty, including running Blago’s campaigns TWICE, raising vast sums for Blago, and being involved with Blgo up to the eyeballs. It's hard to find a clearer case of political association with a supper corrupt governor.

Here' a "guilt by association" ~ Warren Buffett owns Washington Post stock. The Washington Post supported now Senator Webb. Webb ran a primary campaign against a Jewish guy and portrayed him as a stereotype from 19th century Russian secret police archives. Later the Washington Post carried Jim Webb's water in the election by accusing Senator Allen's mother of being a Jew during WWII.

So, Warren Buffett, the Washington Post, and James Webb either support, condone or engage in the crassest sort of anti-Semitism.

And the Republicans do what Washington Post?

Chris is probably unaware that there are vast numbers of voters who want most to see his employer's business fail and for him to get tossed on the streets.

Least that's what I want. Loss of the Washington Post and all its employees is good for American freedom.

He has children too.

Guess the Dems didn't think about what that means.

Could be it's because they hate children. Come to think of it, he hates them too. Man actually spoke of punishing little girls with babies.

I, for one, think he knows significantly LESS than his supporters think he does...

but that’s just me.

What did Obama know and when did he know it?

Since when is “guilt by association” always wrong? Of course I can associate with someone who is a thief but not be a thief myself. People should not assume I, too, am a thief.

But in this case, both them work together and both have great interest in the Senate seat. Therefore, if one is guilty, the odds of the other knowing about it and therefore being guilty, is much greater.

The GOP needs to quit using the guilt by association. It doesn’t work. Most people don’t care. They need to focus on Booma and his extreme left ways. Look how much he responded with Joe the Plumber and the “Spread the wealth” clip.

I do not think that in history of modern American politics that there has been a man who got elected President with so many corrupt or anti-American associates.

46% of the voters voted against Obama because they cannot stand him or his socialist policies what exactly has changed to bring this number down to 16%?

The Republican Party did not bring this Blago scandal. It was brought by someone else but for sure not the Republicans. May those left wing socialist limousine liberals who put Obama in power are showing him who is the boss and who is in control and what they can do to him even before he is sworn in. Have you ever thought about that? Sound like a conspiracy theory? Time will tell that it is not.

"...Republicans moved aggressively over the weekend to link scandal-tarred Gov. Rod Blagojevich to President-elect Barack Obama -- a guilt-by-association tactic that represents a significant gamble for a party still looking to pick itself up off the electoral mat...."

Democrats (and the media bootlickers at the Washington Post) moved aggressively over the weekend to decouple scandal-tarred Gov. Rod Blagojevich from President-elect Barack Obama -- a "despite a lifelong history of questionable professional and personal relationships, and over a decade of total immersion in Chigago's corrupt, gratuitous, quid-pro-quo political environment, and the direct involvement of at least two very senior Obama staffers believe us, once again he's not guilty-by-association, we promise" tactic -- that represents a significant effort for a party looking to consolidate power and subvert the two-party American electoral system.
