That graph cannot possibly be right. Think of all the resources that have gone into creating computer models over the last 30 years - the time, the money, the intellectual firepower. They consistently forecast warming as long as we humans continue to spew greenhouse gases into the atmosphere at our current unsustainable levels. Yet you think you can refute these models with a lousy thermometer? I don’t think so.

I haven’t paid really close attention but whenever someone is announced, it seems that he/she is either female or black or Asian or hispanic although my hispanic nephews and my granddaughter claim to be white.

This is evidently a unique characteristic of the churlish Pretender-elect. While Obama has brought it to a new level and don't recall any President-elect being so presumptous I think the foundation was laid by Clinton and Carter who sunk new lows in how they trashed Bush. I put this in the lap of Clinton.
