He agrees with what I have been saying. As businesses shut down, commerical property will take a huge hit. The corporate model of rapid expansion to get investor funds to keep it going no longer works. Everyone is cutting back. Compared to other recessions, we are really in trouble because we have lost much of our manufacturing base.
