As much as you wish it weren't the case (since you know that you have no case, the burden of proof is on you. Maybe if I type this in large letters, you might finally get it:
YOU ARE MAKING A SERIOUS ALLEGATION (THAT THE PRESIDENT-ELECT OF THE UNITED STATES IS INELIGIBLE FOR THAT OFFICE). USUALLY, WHEN SOMEONE MAKES A SERIOUS ALLEGATION AGAINST SOMEONE, IN THIS COUNTRY, AT LEAST, THEY HAVE THIS STUFF CALLED "EVIDENCE". YOU HAVE NOT SHOWN ANY EVIDENCE, AND INSTEAD DEMAND THAT THE PERSON YOU ARE ACCUSING PROVE HIS "INNOCENCE", YOU IGNORE AND LIE ABOUT THE EVIDENCE THAT YOU HAVE SEEN (THE COLB), AND EXPECT EVERYONE ELSE TO BE AN EXTREME HACK LIKE YOU. AIN'T HAPPENING.

Poor, poor fellow. No one's talking about guilt or innocence but about qualifications for a position and a refusal to demonstrate those qualifications. The very act of refusing to demonstrate the qualifications is a serious matter. In applying for many, many jobs, such stonewalling would result in one's application being immediately put through the shredder and one's being shown the door. In addition, falsifying documents (the KOS COLB) and failure to answer questions truthfully or fully (the Illinois Bar application) would also be grounds for a no-hire or a dismissal and possible prosecution.

No, I am making 2 allegations:
1) The "President Elect" has not made publicly available any documentation which is sufficient to prove his natural born citizenship status. It is up to him to supply same.
2) You are intentionally mis-stating the situation, my position, and the issues at hand. Only two types of posters engage in that activity - Shills and Idiots.
I am done with you, whichever you are.

Here is the actual post on the big zero’s web site Fight The Smears.
When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdoms dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.s children.
Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.
