Obama deemed qualified by birth for presidency
RenewAmerica ^ | December 11, 2008 | By Wes Vernon

Barack Obama's upcoming presidency gives many reasons for conservatives to be concerned. All the more reason that we stick to substantive provable issues, as opposed to chasing such illusive rainbows as his alleged lack of a birth certificate. Such preoccupation adds to the bad name already accorded legitimate "conspiracy theories."

I think so too, and everyone should

Doesn’t it make sense to challenge the Fraud from every conceivable direction?

There is plenty of energy to go around in the defense of our wonderful Constitution and Country.

Until he releases his vault birth certificate and unseals his academic and professional records, this communist will not be my President.

From the way Wes Vernon talks he sounds like part of the problem.

All this because Bozo Barack refuses to pony up his Birth Certificate.

In Order to retire I had to send out certified copies of my Birht certificate and I had to drive over 100 miles to get them.

The truth is it is toooooooo late to support any of the people you mention.

The truth is the place we are at is a place you are refusing to see or believe.

The truth is we will soon have an armed standing army to inforce the new world order.

The truth is our last free election was 2004.

The truth is we are maybe two, three events away from violent revolution.

The truth is......

We do not want a Republican taking the blame for what is about to come. Nothing can stop it. The house of cards has already begun falling and Obama has no clue what to do.

He will not last long.

Besides, the cleanup crew can re-discover the place-of-birth issue in 2 or 4 years - however long he lasts... and nullify everything he signed.

It appears from what Fitzy has released, that he's got three office-holders, a governor and two US Reps to Congress, Blago, "Rahmbo", and JJJ, (and several from among their staffs, most likely) conspiring about quid pro quos concerning an US Senate appointment.

If there's a positive side to Fitzy's personalized over-communicating certain particulars of this case, one hopes he's encouraging the underlings to exposes their bosses, as they're legally required, let alone in reasonable attempts to lighten their sentencing.

Since Akselrod and Rahmbo certainly communicate with 0bambi, who, as a sworn officer of the court, didn't report same to proper authorities, 0's liable for a felony count of misprision, if nothing else, and if Fitzy's any kind of decent prosecutor, he'll have much more than that.

And who else among the Chicago cognoscenti cabal were officers of the court? Will 0bambi say that bet is off since he let his law license lapse? By that moment, everyone will know he's guilty. Does the US electorate care? Are we not in the streets already out of fear of being called racist?

And the drive-by media act as if it's only Blago who needs to hang it up!

Nice to hear that republicans are unable to fight for the US Constitution.

First: Why does some half wit journalist think that he can declare 0bama eligible? Only the SCOTUS can do that.

Second: I think we should demand Republicans stand up for the Constitution. If they won't stand up on thi,s then what will they stand up for? I know I'm dreaming, but I'd like to throw out ANY member of Congress that will not support the effort to ensure that 0bama is qualified and The Constitution.

The Obama transition website lists the Presidential Oath of Office, but leaves out, “So Help Me God”. Is he going to leave that line out when he takes the Oath?

It is possible that Barrack Obama Sr. was not the name on his birth certificate.

If it was a “late registration” with no hospital listed, they could have shown another Citizen of the U.S. as the father to guarantee him citizenship.

Of course DNA today could dis-spell any falsehoods like that.

Have seen no evidence of this, but it is possible.

Yeah, I think we ought to stick to the substantive issues like sh*t canning the republican party and push a new constitutional party.

Hawaii's secretary of state has confirmed that Obama was born in that state.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Wow! I'd feel so much better if the author could have provided a link to that statement.

If you believe he is fully qualified by birth - period. then maybe you will explain why he has gone to such great expense to not just prove this point by showing his long form birth certificate?

Poor Wes. Doesn’t even know it isn’t about “lack of.”

What does the BC say? And why is secrecy on this so very very important??? That’s all we want to know.

Why has he even bothered to muck up our Justice system with this 'non-issue'; when it can otherwise be rendered null and void; by the wave of this piece of paper.

I'm not quite sure how Obama has "mucked up" our justice system. He hasn't filed any suits and nobody with any legal authority has demanded that he produce anything. Every lawsuit filed against him so far has been laughed out of court. Why is it incumbent upon Obama to placate this fringe group of people who are filing lawsuit after frivolous lawsuit?

And, c'mon, let's at least be honest. Waving a piece of paper will never make this go away. Obama could produce video of his birth on the steps of the Hawaiian State Capitol and the conspiracy nuts will just embrace Donofrio's absurd "Plan B" argument centered around his father's citizenship.

This has never been about the Constitution. It is about keeping Obama out of the White House.

You are right about one thing. This is a 'non-issue' and outside of a few internet forums has commanded the attention of nobody.

This is out there because folks don't want an African American to be President? Whatever.

Folks, more of them than at any other time in our history, don't want an ineligible person to be President. The question has been called from many different fronts and it relates directly to the motivations and allegiance of the now President-elect, which there are plenty of other good reasons to suspect. One who, with little doubt, would not be eligible to serve in even a low level justice, law enforcement, military or intelligence position.

The man could end this by submitting his documents to a proper vetting. But rather, he spends huge amounts of money on legal teams to quash those challenges on technicalities.

It seems at the very least he has something to hide. Going into this particular office we deserve to know what it is.

"What is a legitimate "conspiracy theory"????"

An explanation that fits the facts better than the Government's cover-up explanation does -- IOW, one that correctly describes a real conspiratorial act.

Example: the front of Vince Foster's white shirt was almost free of blood. Gunshots that disrupt the brain while the heart is still beating produce copious volumes of blood. (I have observed this phenomenon first-hand.)

Legitimate conspiracy theory: the 38-cal gunshot wound to Foster's brain via the roof of Foster's mouth was administered post mortem -- even though "the official explanation" claims otherwise.
