All we have is a COLB and that is the essence of the problem. Obama’s sister has a COLB and she was born in Indonesia.

We don’t have a ‘birth certificate’ which is what we are asking to be released and it has been made very clear that there are numerous ways in which someone of foreign birth can, or could get in 1961 a base document (AKA birth certificate).

Masayoshi Mitose and Sun Yat-sen are two famous examples who were in fact foreign born individuals who got Hawaiian ‘birth certificates’. I am certain there were others less famous who did the very same thing. So your claim that Hawaiian ‘birth certificates’ are only issued to those who are born in the state of Hawaii is false.

STATEMENT OF AMERICAN INDEPENDENT PARTY CHAIRMAN
Questions from Press following statement.

The American Independent Party insists that Barack Obama prove that he is a “Natural born” American citizen. There is no personal testimony that Obama was born in Hawaii as there is that he was born in Mombasa District, now part of Kenya. The burden of proof is on Obama.

Hawaii’s unique laws allow for birth certificates to indicate foreign birth. Is that what his indicates? We have not seen it. Instead of spending tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars resisting its production and even defying a court order to do so, why not spend the $12 to produce a copy for us all to examine? Is the answer, just possibly, that Barack Obama is afraid of what it would reveal?

Similar doubts concerning possible Indonesian citizenship exist. These, too, urgently need to be resolved.

What is about to occur in the State Capitol is fatally flawed in three ways:

1. The likely result is that a man whose qualifications to assume the office of the President are quite dubious will receive our California Electoral College vote because of a judicial disinclination to give the People their right to be heard.

2. Electors apparently not individually nominated by Democratic Congressional Candidates as required by the California Election code will vote in the Electoral College.

3. Electors will be constrained to vote as a block rather than individually as is their right and duty according to procedures set down in the Constitution and will thereby deprive California of a legitimate voice in the Electoral College.

On all these grounds and more, I fear greatly for our People. Unlawful occupation of the Office of the President means no new valid legislation. No valid nominations, including to the Supreme Court. No valid Executive Orders. No lawful commands as Commander in Chief.

Such a situation paralyzes legitimate government. The longer the imposture is maintained, the worse it becomes. Reliance upon eventually voided legislation is extremely perilous. Reliance upon the actions of appointees unlawfully occupying offices will prove equally disastrous. But worse is the debilitating distrust of our democratic processes that will ensue. Our democratic system depends upon trust. As Obama swears to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, if he thereby takes office unlawfully, he is actually attacking it. This puts our entire Constitutional order in peril and may destroy the Republic.

I cannot get the link to work, and I am at work. I have no knowledge of the people that you mentioned but I looked them up quickly masayoshi Mitose was born 12/30/16 in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. I don’t see how his Hawaiian BC is incorrect. Sun Yat-sen was born in China, and I can find that he became a naturalized citizen and was issued an American passport but nothing about a birth certificate from Hawaii.

Maya Soetoro was born in Indonesia, and there is no proof that she ever had or has now a Hawaiian Birth Certificate. The only reason that has ever been repeated is that a fraudulent poster at some Hillary website claimed to have evidence that BOs posted birth certificate was actually created from Maya’s. No one was able to reproduce his results, and he refused to tell what process he used to get them. He disappeared when he was pushed for actual evidence. I believe that it has been alleged that he falsified his expert credentials, by borrowing them from someone else.

I will try the link from home. I can find no provision in Hawaiian law from any time period that states that a foreign born person can be issued a Hawaiian BC (other than in cases of adoption).

This is why this whole BC controversy falls apart for me. Hawaiian law states that a child must be born in Hawaii to receive a Hawaiian birth certificate. Hawaiian officials in the State department of Health have said that they have viewed Obama’s original file, and that it is in order. That is why people keep posting that Hawaiian law allows foreign born babies to be issued Hawaiian papers, but it just isn’t true based upon everything I have seen in the Hawaiian statutes, and in other articles I have read.
