Barack Obama never renounced his U.S. citizenship. Also, as he was a minor when he moved to Indonesia, neither he nor his parents could have renounced it. Period. As far as U.S. law is concerned, Barack Obama never lost his U.S. citizenship even as he gained Indonesian citizenship. Indonesias laws on the matter simply dont apply in this country.
And so while multiple lawsuits challenging his eligibility still have appeals left to be exhausted, the simple fact of the matter is that there is no credible evidence that Barack Obama is anything other than a U.S. citizen natural born in a Hawaiian hospital in 1961. As a result, none of the cases submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court is likely to be heard.
But will the quashing of the various legal challenges be enough to satisfy those that have bought into these unsupported theories?
If past conspiracy theories can be a guide, then no.

Obama Needs No Proof, Claim "Poofters"
“”His grandmother’s not credible?”
Given that the affidavit that’s the basis of that claim appears to be signed with a false name, I’d say there are some credibility problems.””
There’s audio recording of her saying it. And she’s not dead. Obama’s American grandmother is the one who just died.
You’re the only one who looks stupid by trying to shut this discussion down. If it worries - or embarrasses - you you can always go elsewhere.
“Show me a link where this has made a pin prick on Obama’s 66 million voter base. This is on the fringe of the body politic.”
Yes, your absolutely right. And do you know why? Because the MSM is totally ignoring it. Just like with everything else about Obama, the general public is the last to know because the MSM is too busy polishing his halo.
LOL
That brings in the subject of the fifth, that this bunch keep trying to pee on.
So said March 13, 2008. You replacing Mr. Robinson. Troll???
His father’s mother’s dead?
To be completely accurate. Obama seniors mother left when he was very young and one of his father’s other wives raised Sr. Sarah Obama was the only mother he ever knew.
McCain didn't. He produced his BC.
It could be, unlikely as it is, that Obama has provided such proof to the appropriate officials and that he's simply too stubborn to give in to the clamor.
On the other hand, I haven't seen any compelling argument with documentation that proves Obama is not a U.S. citizen. For example, receiving an Indonesian passport doesn't extinguish American citizenship, which is regulated by U.S., not Indonesian law.
Had he done that, this would be over. And it is not irrelevant. It proves the point. McCain produced his. Obama fights doing so.
There is no solid evidence that the birth certificate on KOS was forged. There is no evidence that fact check is biased. I believe that fact check did make the hard copy of the birth certificate available to some journalists. I don’t know that you mean by the IB aphorgerie COLB, but I don’t know of any “proof” that the birth certificate is forged, there is just a lot of speculation and claims by anonymous people who claim to be experts.
Btw, no one has certified him. Sec of state in Calif says it's the Dem bosses responsibility. Each state has different laws. No one has certified Obama.
Would anyone have accepted McCains cert posted on FR? LOL!!!
Do you think it is possible that the SC Justices will consider joining the cases together and hear them AFTER the Electoral College vote due to the fact that Obama will not actually BE “President-Elect” until AFTER the vote on Monday?
I understand that a Judge in the Washington State SC has decided to hear a case. (I hope what I heard is correct.)
Is it possible for the Washington Supreme Court Judge to issue a stay in that state's Electoral College vote on Monday?
The Electoral College meet at each state capital to cast their votes on Monday. If one or more Electoral College members of a particular state raise the question of constitutional qualifications, does that state Electoral College group have to resolve the issue before casting their votes?
You really should take a statistics class. Understanding statistics is a pretty valuable tool in understanding current events and future trends.
Here is the best way that I can explain this, based on the current numbers in the US. (Around 32% minority population including Hispanic, Black and Asian)
Using smaller numbers for simplification. If those in a community with less than a high school education number 100,000, that is around 32,000 minority and 68000 white.
If McCain wins 54 percent of the white vote that is 36,720 votes and if he wins only 30% of the minority vote that is 9,600 more votes for a total votes for McCain of 46,320. Obama would recieve 31,280 votes from white voters and 22,400 minority votes, for a total number of 53,680 votes. Obama would therefore receive more total votes for those without a high school education, while McCain would still win the votes of white voters by a 54-46 % margin.
The numbers would of course vary between communities, based upon the total of minority voters. But, the bottom line in this election was that BO won minority votes at a huge margin, while losing white voters by a much smaller margin.
Minorities in the US are growing at a much faster rate that the white population. They voted in Democrat in huge percentages this election. The GOP needs to do some serious minority outreach, or they are going to have trouble winning any elections in the future.
