Claims of Obama Proofers Go "Poof"

Barack Obama never renounced his U.S. citizenship. Also, as he was a minor when he moved to Indonesia, neither he nor his parents could have renounced it. Period. As far as U.S. law is concerned, Barack Obama never lost his U.S. citizenship even as he gained Indonesian citizenship. Indonesia’s laws on the matter simply don’t apply in this country.

And so while multiple lawsuits challenging his eligibility still have appeals left to be exhausted, the simple fact of the matter is that there is no credible evidence that Barack Obama is anything other than a U.S. citizen “natural born” in a Hawaiian hospital in 1961. As a result, none of the cases submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court is likely to be heard.

But will the quashing of the various legal challenges be enough to satisfy those that have bought into these unsupported theories?

If past conspiracy theories can be a guide, then “no.”

Except for the part about 1) We don't know that he was born in Hawaii and not Kenya, and that his mother may not have been eligible to pass on American citizenship to him, rather than his fathers British citizenship, and 2) the fact that he may have traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport, which means that he voluntary made himself an Indonesian citizen after the age of 18 (we had no ‘dual citizenship’ agreement with Indonesia at that time). But, hey, this guy says it's cut and dried, so, move on, nothing to see here....

Well Bob, you phuckwit, explain to us why 0bama has spent six figure sums and hired three law firms to not only keep his birth certificate details secret, but to also conceal his school and medical records as well?

Personally I think he was born in Hawaii, but there’s something on the birth certificate that he’s hiding. His releasing it to favorable media outlets only casts doubt on this, but it should be a matter of accountability that he be able to prove he is legally qualified to serve.

Bob has "lifted" a paragraph I wrote about minors and citizenship and "adjusted" it so that it intermixes that issue with the question of Obama having been a "natural born citizen" in the first place.

I don't like my paragraphs "lifted", "cut", "clipped", and "misused" like that either so Bob better watch his back ~ a LOT!
