Mens News Daily is not a bad rag for this news to appear in. As well, they have made note that everyone has heard this story--only in the negative.

Why have they heard this story? Because the MSN was following it closely. On Monday when SCOTUS refused to hear Donofrio's case there were over 500 articles posted world wide on that story. (but nothing on the network news.) On Tuesday there were another 200 stories filed in newspapers online and off world wide. On wednesday there were another 100 stories files filed.)

So the whole world knows about this.

At the time of the publication of this article, Barack Obama still had not proved his eligibility to serve as President of the United States as defined by Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States of America. And he probably remains unable to do so.

To me a key question is this: what passport did he use when he traveled to Pakistan? And what nationality did he claim when he went to college?

Someone who has dual nationality is supposed to affirm the nationality he chooses once he is of age. If he claimed some nationality other than US, that would be significant. Whatever happened to him as a child was not of his doing. What he did once he was of age, he is responsible for.

This post has several comments and documentation about the official name and Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth of the next President of the United States.

The first image is a copy of the Certification of Live Birth document which has been repeatedly “published” on a number of web sites as the Official version of Obama’s birth record from the State of Hawaii.

According to this document his full proper name is Barack Hussein Obama II. Also note that there is no actual place of birth (hospital, plantation, farm, pine apple field, log cabin, manger, etc.) shown in this document.

I am sure that Chief Justice Roberts, before he swears in Obama as President of the United States, will personally review an actual vaulted copy of the original long form of Obama's birthing records which the State of Hawaii, Director of Health, Chiyome Fukino, MD has publicly announced that she has on file.

It would be shame for the Chief Justice Roberts of the United States to go down in history as the first Chief Justice to incorrectly swear in a new President of the United States by not using his full and correct name even if he was not born in this country.

As a point of comparison please note the second image in this post. This is what a genuine Copy of a Certificate of Live Birth (some data redacted) issued by the State of Hawaii, Department of Health in July 1962 for the Birth of a male child in February 1962 on the Island of Oahu looks like. Note in this document the State of Hawaii, Department of Health official embossed seal and official signatures of the then Director of Health, Leo Bernstein, MD and the then Registrar General, Charles G. Bennett. The State of Hawaii officials' signatures and the date the document was issued are underlined in red. This document is a photographic copied image. It is a black background document with white letters which clearly were created by a 1962 typewriter.

A document similar to this is what most of the lawsuits about the record of birth of Obama are asking to be released for public viewing. Of course the United State Supreme Court, all nine members, is refusing to see and review a similar document for Barack Hussein Obama II.

Please note boxes #6a through 6d of the document shown in the second image. There is key data to be found in #6 boxes and well as the supporting data as in the #7 boxes in the first image. Box #16 (New Hampshire) shows the birth place of the mother. Box #11 (Pennsylvania) shows the birth place of the father. (In the modern secular world this person would also most likely be known as just the sperm donor.)

Also please note that in the first image no Department of Health official embossed seal, which should be raised and embedded in the paper, is to be found on this (official) document.

It has been reported in the press this week that the next President of the United States intends to be sworn in as Barack Hussein Obama, which is clearly not his legal birth name.
