The supplemental brief cites precedence well. Only problem we have now is if the Justices will hear the case as to require BO to provide the actual Hawaiian birth certificate to clear the matter. IMHO, a real Hawaii Birth Certificate doesn’t exist.

to calculate which of two marxists presidents will damage our nation the least. I suspect (and hope) that calculation is being considered at the highest political levels by Republicans who have access to quality intel.

It gets better. Much of the work that will be created by the feds will be done by illegals who will ship the money overseas. They will be rewarded with citizenship.

So far as this suit is concerned the birth certificate isn't even an issue. Their claim is that Obama cannot be president because his father wasn't a U.S. citizen. Since the birth certificate is irrelevant to the case in hand there should be no need to produce it.
