The supplemental brief cites precedence well. Only problem we have now is if the Justices will hear the case as to require BO to provide the actual Hawaiian birth certificate to clear the matter. IMHO, a real Hawaii Birth Certificate doesn’t exist.

Chet Arthur was an illegitimate president?

Who knew?

Does this mean that all of the great things that we were taught in school years ago were not valid?

I don’t recall what they were exactly, but it seems to me that his big claim to a historical niche was that he created a federal Civil Service. Maybe that was part of his British heritage.
