It “puts California at the forefront of national climate policy . . .”
It puts California on the road to not having any industry. Most likely, it is exactly what the dumbasses want.

The document is a death warrant.
Companies will become skeleton operations with minimal exposure to the enviro terror. The budget in deficit will be a terrible terrible joke.
If you have assets in California, sell them now.

This is now an attainable goal for CA.
There won’t be enough businesses operating in CA in 12 years to produce the amount of green house gasses they have now.

..and my (ex) business partner couldn’t figure out why I had such a bug up my butt about avoidance of all contracts with firms that were in Cali.
Well, he’s got ALL of “our” business there now.
Too bad.
Think I should send him a sympathy card, or is he feeling bad enough already?
To: granite
Next, they’ll issue citations for farting in Kalifornia.

In the seventies California was the fifth largest economy in the World IIRC.

California continues to kick the citizens while they are down. As for the demands on the auto industry, they are nuts. The auto makers should tell the state that they can’t meet their demands, so.................”they won’t be able to sell any cars or trucks in the state”.

Turn the lights out...the partys over. And it'll help reduce emissions, as others have noted.

Funny - they are in an economic crisis, going bankrupt, and they’re going to implement more chokes on their economy.
Leftists are absolutely insane... or maybe not. This could be intentional.

I wish I could get out. I am doomed to live out my life here. Can’t sell the house, can’t walk away from a business that I established in 1980. I’M SCREWED!

This puts more than California on a road to having no industry.
Henry Waxman, Congressman CA, is the new head of the EPA under Obama. The whole nation will adopt the California standard under the leadership of these two!
No sense in bailing out the Detroit 3 - the EPA will kill them withing 5 years no matter what is done.
