EquuSearch's leader said sheriff's office investigator thinks the remains found today belong to missing toddler Caylee Marie Anthony.
Tim Miller, the founder and director of EquuSearch, said the remains "appear to be Caylee, but with any case, we have to wait until a positive ID is made."
"It looks like finally it's over with," Miller said.
Orange County deputies said a utility worker found the remains of a young child this morning in the area of S. Chickasaw Trail and Suburban Drive -- less than 1/4 mile from the Anthonys' home on Hopespring Drive. Spokesman Jim Solomons of the Orange County Sheriff's Office said the remains were found in a bag.

I'm sure everyone ( except the killer) is happy he found the child's body. Bless him.
That could be. The whole thing just makes me sick.
Casey is not mentally ill. She is a sociopath. Sociopathy and narcissism are not mental illnesses. They are personality disorders. Mental Illness can sometimes be cured and can usually be managed with medications. Personality disorders cannot be treated at all. Neither talk therapy or medications have any effect. Personality disorders are what we mean when we say people are just *evil.*
You are SO right; I had the same reaction.
Considerate it part of the disrespectful, decadent society that sees all this crap as freedom.
For all these months I seen various pictures of this little girl. She comes across as a darling little baby and quite smart, too!
At age 2 she was singing "You Are My Sunshine" as she sat at a table.
Then she looked to her right and asked her grandfather, "Papa, are you tired, Papa?"
To hear a tiny little one express such awareness and concern for someone else...I have no new words to express my grief for what some evil person did to her.
"Somehow this doesn't seem to be a coincidence", I said to my 25-year-old grandson.
No, no, no!!
As I watched the news Thursday night, the same dreadful thought shocked my senses.
This subject arose on Nancy Grace's program and she referred it to the attorneys. One (I think she is a defense atty.) said that the duct tape may have been put over her mouth after she was dead.
To put it nicely, Nancy didn't buy it...neither did I.
Pure nonsense.
From what I’m hearing, the prosecutors can reinstate the death penalty, if they choose.
Not really. We all see it every day. There are decent people and there are evil people.
I believe it was a psychologist on Nancy’s program Thurs. nt. who said that it is common for someone to bury the remains close to their home.
Yes. Will we ever hear him describe his experience that morning?
Ooooo! I didn’t have that piece of data.
Get a rope! ;)
That tape could make one incredible closing argument. The prosecutor could play it, then say that Caylee was the sunshine of her grandparents lives. And her selfish mother took that sunshine away. Why? So she could party.
If there is anyone on this earth who has anything but contempt for Casey, I have not met that person.
Here’s what we have:
There’s no DNA confirmation yet, but officers have said they know of no one else this could be.
The home is being described by the sheriff’s office as a “crime scene.”
Orange County sheriff Kevin Beary said in an interview that investigators “absolutely” found something of interest while searching the home, and a link has apparently been established between something in the home and the remains found.
And Casey Anthony (who normally seems to me to be about as cold as ice) was visibly upset when informed of the news, and asked for a sedative.
However she died, I’m sure it was scary to the poor child. And at the hands of her mother. Sickening.
Then I suggest you don't read the comments by guys here who say "I'd hit it"..... some men have their own personality disorders when it comes to sex.
You’re right, I missed those.
Let’s hope that they at least would not acquit her on that basis.
