My daughter is still a half a dozen years to young to be participating in behavior like this, but I can only imagine the mortification a parent must feel when confronted with this.

That being said, where would one go to view pictures such as this? For informational purposes of course.

Under New Hampshire law, [Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams] said, students disseminating an inappropriate photo of someone under 16 can be considered to be distributing child pornography. Come January, the threshhold in New Hampshire goes to 18.

I'm quite surprised that kids today would do this. I thought they were supposed to be "tech savvy". I mean, isn't it pretty easy for those cellphone pics to get on the Internet?

So kids take nude pictures and pass them around to each other and many of you blame the cellphones? By that same logic guns ARE the problem. While we are banning cell phones and guns I guess we should also ban dietary fat, fast cars, alcohol, and cigarettes. Are there any other behaviors we can modify by banning something?

Back in the day, so I would occasionally hear, there would be a girl or two that would expose herself if the boys begged hard enough. Then the stories and rumors would fly but no proof of course just imaginations filling in the blanks.

The perpetrator of these misdemeanors are not the cameras or the ones who use them but the exhibitionists.

I was an A/V nerd in High School. Had access to the photo development lab as well.

This is nothing new. Not saying it's right or good, it's just not new. I didn't personally take any photos back then, but I did see some of the negatives that got left in the finisher bath.

There's a complicated legal question. If a 15yo girl takes a picture of herself naked and posts it online is that 'child porn' and should she be prosecuted for disseminating it?
