Rush, as a former Dupage County, IL resident, Blago could put his thumb in democrats eyes by appointing JACK RYAN to the seat. What’s left for demos to investigate that Obama’s surrogates didn’t dredge up during the initial senate campaign?!

This is identical to what I fear Obama will do in Washington. Keep a homebase in Chicago and entrench Chicago machine politics in DC. It’s already a cesspool but Chicago is sickening in how they run government with a iron fist that accepts no dissension.
