AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do—that’s host. Get ready to what you were born to do—that’s listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

We love to hear Rush Limbaugh,
Excellence in Broadcasting.
From sea to shining sea,
Millions and millions listen.
Conservative voice of freedom,
Heard throughout all America.
A message pure and truthful,
The downhearted are encouraged.
Integrity and honesty his motto.
We love you, Rush.
Listen to Rush Limbaugh.
G-d Bless you, Rush Limbaugh.

In addition to governor races, we should plan U.S. Senate and House races. Republican candidates should agree to a set of promises that would be similar to the Contact with America. They would promise that, if Republicans regain control of both houses, they would pass a set of five bills, which would include tax cuts, welfare cuts, a stronger defense, and better enforcement of immigration laws.

a reporter just asked if it was illegal to sell a senate seat - if there was a statute against it - guess we see where their sympathy will lie

Must be a lib reporter with no ethics....oh wait, correction. Must be a lib reporter.

I agree but I think that we must focus on the states. If we can get enough states and have the Governors of those states pressuring the Fed and the States' associated Senators, it may be the best pressure that can be applied.

IMHO, states have lost a lot of power to the Fed but are starting to get some of it back. We should focus on shrinking the Fed by making the states powerful again.

Or agree to an immediate, mandatory replacement if they go back on their word.

Hey All,

There was a caller on Hannity yesterday that said that she voted for Obama because she is a union employee and didn’t like that McCain said that if he was elected, he would do something with the unions. Did anyone else hear this and remember what she said? I wanted to look it up.

Blago - “I have this thing and it is f’n golden. And I am not giving it up for f’n nothing. I have to give [Obama] (actually said ‘this mother f’er) the Senate seat? They’re not going to give me anything but appreciation? F’ them.”

I agree that congressmen should leave their office, if they break campaign promises. I think that each state republican party should tell candidates that the candidates may run, as Republicans, only if they sign a form in which they swear that they agree with most of the party platform. My congressman, Mark Kirk, of IL, is a Republican who is pro-choice, pro-gay marriage, pro-gun control, pro-illegal alien, pro-spending increases, and anti-Iraq surge. I emailed him, four times, within the past two years, and I asked why he’s a Republican. I haven’t received a response.

He made this comment to make fun of the DBM for what makes the headlines with them and what "important info" the DBM feeds the masses.

She believed that McCain had said he would disband federal employees unions. I don't recall him saying that.
