WASHINGTON The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from a New Jersey man who says President-elect Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he was a British subject at birth. The court did not comment on its order Monday rejecting the call by Leo Donofrio of East Brunswick, N.J., to intervene in the presidential election.
I should’ve added that a lot is dovetailing right now pretty interestingly all around Obama. I don’t think he will get out unscathed.
In the world of FReepers, it’s last years news already! LOL

Thomas Lifson, the editor of the American Thinker web site, posted a blog entry December 7 that says New Mexico Governor and Commerce Secretary nominee Bill Richardson made a statement, in Spanish, that “Obama is an immigrant.” The statement was allegedly recorded by French television.
Lifson adds the context of the statement was meant to convey to Hispanics that Obama’s immigrant status meant he (the president-elect) could relate to them.
Lifson tells readers to “Watch the YouTube clip and decide for yourself what on earth the Governor meant,” but there is no link on his site for the YouTube clip he references.
