They’re interviewing Steve Diamond, ex-navy pilot. He’s a friend of ours. Went to his retirement on the flight deck of the Constellation before it was mothballed.
Wow! I saw a minute of the interview, and assumed from his general hunkiness(!) that he was military.

As we know, jets go down here from time to time and not news but guess with it taking out two houses, makes news.
During Nam, a pilot ejected and the jet went through one of the hangers at Miramar taking out other jets and many men. Remember seeing the many choppers taking them to the Naval Hospital
