What is with all the hysteria? I was under the impression that this was the weakest of the challenges and that there are a handful of others. I wouldn’t want some of you folks in my foxhole if this is what you become at the first sign of adversity. Wait for the fight to end before you call a winner.
Yep. This stuff is beyond nutso.
I’m not giving up and I hope you won’t either.
I’ll fight Zero every step of the way whether it be weeks, months, or years. I’ll also fight the RINOs every step of the way too. I choked back my bile and voted for the king RINO this time out and look what it got us.

And anyone who thinks they are going to win that battle better be finding good psychiatrists.
Except that she is now the nominee for Sec State and is having O help pay off her campaign debt.
But Oprah has her show all ready to roll in the week of the desolation and many thousands have spent big bucks on this even renting out their homes. The anti Christ week cannot be stopped.
I wish I had your optimism.
In my opinion, if that had been the case Bill Clinton would not have been re-elected and obama would have never made it to the primaries, let alone be president-elect.
There may be a little bitching, there may be a little complaining, but that is all.
We have no leadership to do anything else.
To see an example where a justice dissents from the full court’s ruling on a case, see today’s orderlist — http://origin.www.supremecourtus.gov/orders/courtorders/120808zor.pdf — at
page 8: 08-6644 GALLARDO, GARRY D. V. TACKITT, JOE D., ET AL. (Stevens dissented from order)
page 9: 08-7060 SENATOR, BRUCE V. USCA 9.
This indicates that the SCOTUS decision on Donofrio’s application was unanimous.
A murderer elected president? Didn't matter. Andrew Jackson wasn't even challenged on it.
Supreme Court ruling that blacks aren't people? No matter. The country moved past that and ignored it.
The ultimate "constitution" in this country is, and always will be, the will of the people, one way or another.
I’m with you Cripplecreek. To the end!
Next time you might want to change your tagline when you leave the Religion Forum.
Where is his site? Kinda hard to understand what’s happening without actually reading the official paperwork.
No its not over.
A tragedy is in the making.
Obama just gave every nut case in America a reason to assassinate him, and this is a horrible thing , the truth of which is shown by US history, especially in the Lincoln and Kennedy cases.
Obama has entered that red zone, and he has not even been inaugurated yet.
I fear that this whole issue will be his undoing, one way or the other, and it is just a matter of time. The problem is that America may suffer horribly for it. People are just not thinking straight at all, including SCOTUS.
It is up to the Secretaries of State of the various states now, to bring this matter forward before they authorize their electors. If none of them do that, then our nation will be in for a very difficult time indeed over the next 4 years, and Obama's presidency will likely end in tragedy or horribly mal-administration.
I can never accept a president as Obama is, for he has refused to comply with the US COnstitution Article II, which is designed to bring a president to office with undivided loyalty to the people of the United States, and to the Constitution. For the first time in our history, that is clearly not the case.
No good can come of it.
68 million people decided that they didn’t care about the Constitution...do you understand this?
::::::::::
Those Americans that did vote for Obama (it certainly was not all of them) in the most part, could not tell you what the Constitution is, what the Bill of Rights is, who wrote them, or what they even stand for. Nor do they have any care or knowledge about THE LAW that governs elections.
I agree with your premise, but do not agree that the SCOTUS is powerless. Not at all. Were they powerless when they stopped THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS OF CORRUPT LIBERAL FLORIDA JUDGES IN 2000? No, they stood up and did their job. That caused an almost ILLEGALLY WON ELECTION to be stopped and another candidate to be rightfully installed in the White House.
How is that so different from now? It really boils down to whether or not we still have a system of laws, and a SCOTUS that is sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution which clearly states the REQUIREMENTS to be President of this country.
Apparently we do not. More RIGHTFUL AND LAWFUL challenges will be presented to the SCOTUS and my guess is that those will be rejected as well. The SCOTUS knows Obama is not a legal citizen. They know the FEC did not do its job and that the DNC is more corrupt than the Kremlin.
This country, and Constitutional law, are in a lot of trouble.
But I won't convince you, and if the USSC doesn't take the case, that won't convince you either.
>>Too bad. When does the revolution begin?
Its over. We lost, comrade.<<
Know what? I have made too many personal sacrifices for the benefit of my fellow citizens rights, freedom and liberty. I’m seriously disabled now because of it. But in for a penny, in for a pound.
It ain’t over yet, at least not on my street. I’m still breathing!
“This stuff is beyond nutso.”
You’re using vagueness and slang, which calls into question either the thoroughness of your analysis or the strength of your conviction.
Have no fear there are at least 15 others out there.
***There are 5 more on the Supreme Court’s docket, and only one or two of them have a chance to be heard before the electoral college meets. Once that happens, the Supremes have very little leverage and it looks like they choose not to use what leverage they have in order to protect the constitution. They just voted themselves into irrelevance.
