As of this writing, December 6th, the Supreme Court has not yet announced whether or not it will take up the Donofrio case, or any other case concerning Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the office of President.
Yet there is no more important issue before the court today and the clock is ticking.

I'm not sure where you are trying to go with this, but, proving a negative just isn't going to work.
It is up to the person seeking the office of president to prove he is a natural born citizen. We do not have to prove he is not. All he has to do to settle the mater is put his credentials on the table. Can you offer an explanation as to why he has not?

It is uncontested that his father was a British/Kenyan citizen, and his stepfather was an Indonesian.
He was born and grew up with divided loyalties, and cannot possibly be a natural born citizen of the USA in the traditional legal meaning of that term.
In addition, it seems very likely to me that Barry was born in Mombasa, Kenya, and has never been a US citizen of any kind.
He’s probably our first illegal-alien President.

It seems to me if they decide to force BHO to show his eligibility..they’re going to have to notify the prez first.
All kind of riots are going to happen and they’ll need the national guard in place to stop them from burning Chicago, Los Angeles..etc
The other day when O. J. got convicted groups was outside yelling racist at the courts. Imagine what will happen if BHO doesn’t get the presidency.
The upside is, all the millions spent on his election will help the economy. Even if it wasn’t Oprah and others intention to do so..
LOL! Rush probably played golf and is watching the Steelers. At my local muni golf course, they have cut prices and it is still pretty quiet even with Canadians coming down.
I think Rush, Hannity, Beck, Savage, Levin, Ingraham, O’Reilly (he is a real joke/RINO) and others are cowards. The Internet radio people have guts.

Barry was a citizen of Indonesia until at least the age of 21, at Occidental. That’s hard to overlook, even for the SCOTUS!
If he was, then he would have produced the necessary proof. The ONLY reason he hasn't is because he can't.
If the Supreme Court does not address the Donofrio case, I have a major problem with them. Donofrio’s brief addresses the Obama and McCain eligibility problems, but the other egregious eligibility problem he points out is the Calero issue. This guy was born in Nicaragua and is not even a citizen. He was on the ballot in several states running for President. The Calero issue is a no brainer and is part of the case. I think putting Calero in the suit is what got their attention and I don’t see how they can afford not to address it.
I’ve actually stopped listening to talk radio over this issue. When they ignore the most important thing going on right now, they make themselves irrelevant. I think they are all going to start a downward slide after this. AM talk radio is at it’s peak right now. Mark my words.

Where is conservative talk radio on the most important issue to be before the court in the history of the republic?
Shame on them! I decided after listening to to rush for 18 years that his silence on this issue has made me decide to turn off my radio too.
Just because someones mother is an American citizen, that doesn't automatically mean their offspring are. There are laws governing that, and this is precisely the issue with Obama.
