It seems that in this case there is a great deal based on interpretation of what is a "natural born" citizen, where in the Keyes' case, I believe it is asserted that 0bama was born in Kenya. Therefore in Keyes' case if the BC is presented and it shows Kenya, it seems more clear cut.
Does that green card list his carbon credit eligibility as well?

Exactly. I found it odd that SCOTUSBLOG didn’t mention this case at ANY time, even when they discussed the Court’s schedule for the day. I’m sure they had an uptick in traffic too, and I’m sure they knew why.
I think a lot of people fear that if they even speak of this issue they’ll be labeled as a loon. Never mind the fact that the Supreme Court discussed it today.
That's exactly it. If Secretaries of States don't verify eligibility and put somebody non-qualified on the ballot then THEY are responsible for people wasting their votes. They've caused voter disenfranchisement by not duly ensuring that the people in their states are able only to vote for candidates who are qualified for the office.
Whoever voted for Calero should sue her or the state of New Jersey because their vote was never going to count.

But they never said anything about aliens kidnapping president elects, so I think your assessment of likelihood is off by a few orders of magnitude.

Read that last line again.

That’s an admission that Great Britain “governed the status” of Barack Obama, Jr. Brack Obama has chosen to highlight this on his own volition.
And this leads to the relevant question:
HOW CAN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN’S STATUS BE “GOVERNED” BY GREAT BRITAIN?
A natural born citizen’s status should only be governed by the United States. This is the core issue before the Supreme Court of the United States.

0bama needs to show proof that he WAS born in the US, specifically HI as he claims. Why this “no proof has been shown that he WASN’T born in the US”?

That would be a byproduct. I am only interested in preserving the Constitution. It has been seriously trashed as it is. This will hurt it even more. IF he takes office, and then is found ineligible, or admits it, the Constitution could be tossed as irrelevant. Or kept only as a historic document.
